Denzel ran in crying, her fists clenched, and her hair covering her eyes. She went directly to dante grave and st against the tomb stone."why did you have to die?! THIS ISNT FAIR!" she held her face in her hands. "i hate being alive... why did you sacrifice your life for me...it wasnt worth it...im lost, dante. Ive given up... i cant change what i am..." Denzel couldnt take this any longer. " i wish i could have just died that day."

Kavanah flew over Avaleur's rooftops, Denzel left pretty upset. She wouldn't leave the town without saying goodbye to this Dante person would she, he would check the graveyard quick before venturing into the wilderness.
As he approached the grounds he saw a girl in front of a grave. 'Is that Denzel?' he flew down and walked till he was within speaking distance.

She looked at him for a second, her eyes crystal blue. Burying her face in her arms, she spoke in a shakey voice. "I am. its who im supposed to be ,anyways."
Seth flew down exhausted and morphed back from an eagle to his normal self. He'd been trying to find Denzel since she had left the church, he'd tried following her scent but it was very hard since she moved so fast. Seth was out of breathe spending the last thirty minutes flying to look for Denzel. "Denzel!"He said running exhausted to her. "Denzel I know I've been a jackass, I know we haven't talked in weeks and the first thing that came out of my mouth when I saw you was an insult, and I want you to know that.." He takes a breather. "I didn't mean, ANY of the things that I said to you, I don't want DS to be disbanded, I was just taking out my problems on you and I want you to know that I am so, SO sorry. You were my very first friend in Avaleur and I would NEVER forgive myself if I were a part of the reason you left or hurt yourself. I already lost one friend.....please, I don't want to lose another."

"oh please, seth...i know you think im a monster. in fact, everyone thinks im a monster. lets face it, i really should have died that day... Whats the point of living when your going to be miserable?"
Kavanah was shocked. "How could you say that you should have died? I may not know much of Dante but from what I've heard he thought different of you, and quite frankly I'm jealous of him. The night is always darkest before the dawn."

"Denzel you're not a monster and don't you think for a second that you are okay? I only said those things because I thought you didn't care for what you did, but that wasn't YOU Denzel, it just wasn't. If people can't see you for YOU then I say Fuck them! If Dante saved you it was because he saw something in you that you don't see yourself. People will forgive you Denzel I promise."
Kavanah walked up and put his hand on her shoulder. "Denzel, I understand why you think you are a monster. But that fact is a monster would not be so depressed by this. You care, and that's why you are no monster."

she just shook her head and burried her face in her arms. She didnt know what to say or do next. She was doing alright until the thing at town hall. She was surviving, and she she was semi-happy.
What could he say? He felt as though he had made it worse. Denzel sat there, shaking her head and feeling terrible about herself. "Denzel, can I play something for you?" he asks as he pulls out his harp.
"I don't know if this will help, but it helps me so I'll give it a try." he wasn't sue what to play, he wanted to cheer her up with the stirring winds, bit he also wanted her to remember that Dante knew who she was. He decided to try and combine the two.
He began to play a complex piece that switched elegantly between sad sullen music with happy upbeat rhythms, the goal was for her to remember what Dante saw in her, and for her sport to be lifted. Only the most talented musicians in his tribe could blend songs, he just hoped that he could do well enough. He kept play verse after verse praying that it would work.

Denzel burried her face again and sobbed. all she seen were her memories with dante. those thoughts and memories hurt her. it was her fault that dante died.... but he sacrificed his life for her. she didnt know why, the memories in their own way showed why... Denzel didnt want to feel the pain anymore, but she had no choice but to face the pain now.
"Denzel, once again, I am truly sorry. I should not have meddled with your affairs. I'll leave you to grieve." Kavanah didn't want to leave her, but he knew that it was the best thing for him to do.
