Phillis sat on Erikas legs so that she couldn't stand again. He crossed his sword with hers, holding down with as much pressure as he could. He had put her in a very difficult position, he was interested to see how she would get out of it.
Erika let go of her sword and quickly slapped him as hard as she could wirh both hands on his ears to disorient him. She grabbed onto his head and pulled down giving a hard headbutt before she tried to get her sword again.

Phillis fell back, he wasn't expecting a blow to the head. It made him feel dizzy for a moment. He began to stand up, and fell back again. Shit, hold on. I can do this. Don't fall now. He stood up, using his sword to help him, wobbling a bit, he grabbed his head in pain. He was determined now, he had to win. He charged at Erika, gripping his sword, she had just finally grabbed her own again. He made it look like he was going to hit her with his sword to fool her, but instead used a hard kick to the stomach, hoping to catch her by surprise.
He could feel blood trickling down his face, She had re-opened his head wound but not too badly, he could still make it.
She was about to grab her sword when she realized she just hit him in the head. For a moment she about gave up and quit but only for a moment. She grabbed her sword and turned to see him running at her. She swung he sword to meet his and received a hard kick to the stomach. She coughed and as she fell she slammed the handle of her sword trying to hit his leg.
((lol sorry forgot head wounds could kill you my bad))

Erikas hit was successful and she had managed to hit his leg, but Phillis didn't fall over, he remained standing and crossed his sword with Erikas, pushing forward. As he put all his strength forth, his head began to pound. Painfully so. He groaned in a pain quietly, but didn't allow himself to lose strength.
Erika pushed back with her sword. Now it was a matter of who was stronger, which meant that she would lose Phillis had the power of gravity on his side.

Just as he thought he would overpower her, the blade of Phillis' old sword shattered. He knew it wouldn't last long, but he wasn't expecting it to blast at a time like that. He immediately ducked down so that the force of Erikas sword wouldn't hit him again. The shatter was unexpected and made Erika fall forward a bit, Phillis took this as a good time to grab her legs and bring her down.
Seth watched from the sideline in horror. He'd been assigned to be the the head medic of the medical staff at the tournament and seeing Phillis fight like this was like watching a drunk driver go 90mph in a school zone. Especially when Phillis got head butted. He was surprised at how well Phillis was fighting, even with amnesia he was fighting better than he did months ago when he and Seth fought at the Lake. He was entertained, but was ready in case anyone got seriously injured.
Erika wasn't sure what just happened. Phillis grabbed her legs and she hit the ground hard. It knocked the wind out of her and she lost grip on her sword.

Phillis quickly grabbed onto Erikas sword as she was trying to get up again. He held it in his hands. Anything goes. Anything goes. He gripped it tightly. What was she going to do now? What would he even do with her sword? He didn't want the match to be unfair but then again anything goes. He jumped back, holding the sword, ready to attack at any given opportunity.
Erika had no idea what to do. She thought threw anything that might work. But nothing seemed likely. "Good job Phillis. I underestimated you!" she smiled, "I give."

"What?" Phillis asked, confused. He was mid-adrenaline rush and was not expecting that to happen. "For real?" he kept a tight grip on the sword, in case she was trying to fool him.
