He transformed back for a second. "I am not a wimp!" he clenched his teeth and transformed back into a wolf, his ankle and foot was Soaked in blood as he came out of where he was hiding. He really just wanted to run off again. He didnt want to make things worse.

"Then stop running from everything. You should stand proudly after saying something like that. Even if you are out of line, and you were." Phillis shrugged his shoulders. " You should really have kept that bandage on your foot. Now you've wasted precious healing time."

[Kyle Black-Sky]

"Im not running from everything...." he stared at his foot that he didnt even have on the ground. "It isnt that bad.... its only a small wound....."

[Phillis Von Christ]

Phillis rolled his eyes. " It's pretty disturbing either way. It'll get infected." he sighed. " So, tell me, why did you say all that stuff to me about being grateful? What does it matter to you?" he asked. Not meaning to sound bitchy, he was just genuinely interested in why.

He sighed "i dont know why i said it...but.... there is a possibility that i might be dying soon.... I am unable to tell you the details though. My ankle wound? Its nothing. The topic on the girl just came up with the tournament..."

[Phillis Von Christ]

"You might be dieing..?" Phillis asked, confused. " Why are you unable to tell me the details? I'm your king, you can tell me anything."

[Kyle Black-Sky]

"I cant tell you the details...." Kyle shook his head sadly. "This is between me, and the thing that killed my family."

[Phillis Von Christ]

Phillis sighed. "Fine, leave it to yourself. But try your best not to do anything illegal in my kingdom, alright? Lord knows you're one of the last people I'd want to arrest." he said, in the kindest way he could.

[Kyle Black-Sky]

He smiled at him. "Me? Do anything Illegal? Naaaah. Most i can tell you is that im Taking down the Kraven Pack. For some reason, i just wanted to talk to you really." he looked away.

[Phillis Von Christ]

Phillis laughed. "Just.. Don't get yourself killed, okay? I mean, you're a good kid. It would be a waste."

He noticed Kyle looking away and smiled. "You do that alot. Looking away, I mean. It's almost like you're a schoolgirl with a bitty crush on someone."

He looked at him, flustered. He tried to not look away again, and ended up pouting.

Phillis laughed again. " Oh, did I get that right?"

His face went red. "S-shush!" Kyle was wondering when phillis would figure out that kyle liked him. that time was probably now.

"aha, that's cute." Phillis teased. " Is it me? Do you like me?" he asked, jokingly.

Not knowing what to tell the young king, Kyle looked away.

Phillis wondered why the boy didn't answer him with some sarcastic remark.

And then it clicked in.

"O-Oh.. do you actually?"

Nodding slightly, his face went even redder. Kyle had no choice but to be perfectly honest with the king. "yes." he said, shakily.

[Phillis Von Christ]

Phillis grinned. " That's sweet." he said, not sure what else to say. "I'm flattered, but, uh.. You know I have a boyfriend, right?" he asked, just to make sure.

That was probably the saddest part of it. 'Dante.' he thought to himself. Kyle bit his lip, nodding slightly. "yeah.....dante. still a couple even though he-" He didnt want to say anything. It would be rude of him to say: Still a couple even though one was dead for god knows how long in the pits of hell, and is now a demon working for the devil. Yes, kyle knew. After all, what would an assassin or thief do without information and great sources?

"Even though he what?" Phillis asked, raising an eyebrow. He was sympathetic for Kyle, but was still a super defensive boyfriend.
