Welcome to Avaleur, a medieval fantasy roleplay site where anything is a possibility. Face bandits, or knights. Work your way up to become part of Avaleur's castle, or try your luck at being a thief. Own a shop, be a guild master, start a family. The possibilities are endless.
"It was easy. That is the advantage of having control over the air: you can get anywhere you want without troubles. It took me a few hours to get to Avaleur, and that is when I saw that battle and decided to help."

"If they have any sort of honor, then they would stay and fight until they can't breathe anymore. They belong to Avaleur and as such should defend it." Zaleth stated firmly.

"I believe that as well." Namari nodded, smiling. "Might I add, Zaleth, that you are welcome to stay in one of the spare rooms in the castle while you stay in Avaleur."
Zaleth smiled to himself at this. His helm blocked any emotions from coming through to the outside world, which was his goal in diplomacy. No emotion.
"I don't see why I should get any special treatment. I only deserve to be in that room as much as the youngest street urchin in the city. We are all equals, are we not?"

"I believe so as well," Namari chuckled. "Actually, we've had people come in asking if they can stay, as there homes were destroyed, and we agreed. You are welcome to stay at the pub as well I suppose, and send any you see homeless in the direction of the castle."
"Ah, you have a good head on your shoulders!" Zaleth said, delighted. He clapped Namari on her shoulder and laughed. "I would gladly stay at the castle! It's just good to know who you're staying with."

"Either or. It matters not, we have control over land and air. Both are just as fun." Zaleth said. He knew he was just blabbering, but this elf was the first one of royalty outside of Min that had shown him respect.

"Land, I suppose. Seems traditional enough." she chuckled. "If you don't mind me asking, can you tell me a bit about your people? Just out of interest and curiousity."
Zaleth chuckled at her last request. "I cannot give you as magical a story as one of our bards. I will have Locka come with them and she shall tell you our history if you wish to know. I can tell you though, it will not be one of much joy. Up until the last three decades it was mostly war and bloodshed."

"Yes, I am sure the elves have some not-so-graceful moments in their history as well." Zaleth chuckled at his comment. He honestly didn't know, he just took a shot in the dark.

"Ahh, probably. I can't really think of any, but that's probably because the high-elves think so highly of themselves that they don't bother teaching anything bad in our history to us!" Namari smirked. "You'd think they would teach at least the royalty, but no."

Namari chuckled. "True, but really now if we do not know the past we cannot hope for better in the future. Not that I'm trying to defend history, I hated learning about it, good or bad. It was boring as hell."
