Romance Goes Two Ways

[Jordan Hielo]

"Well, I'm glad I met you too, Scooter." Jordan grinned, head still resting on the back of his couch, eyes closed.

[Scooter]

Scooter sat down, with his back start up against the back of the couch. He had to go on his tip-toes to touch the ground. "And your past?"

[Jordan Hielo]

"Oh, uhm...I really don't think you want to hear that!" he sat up, laughing awcwardly.

[Scooter]

"Why not? I just told you my past, right? Now it's your turn!" Scooter smiled. "Puh-leaseeee?'

[Jordan Hielo]

Giving out a small sigh, and a chuckle right after, Jordan took a sip of his slushie and placed the empty cup on the ground. "Alright, alright." he smiled.

"I grew up in Hielo. My father was the lord of Hielo, being born into it. That's why my last name is Hielo, because my family has always been the lords of this city. So I grew up learning how to be a lord, and at the age of ten turned to be a noble. What happened with my voice is that no one would really listen to me, so I just stopped speaking. My mother was sad, but father gave everyone the excuse that I lost my voice."

"After a few years, my mother died from illness. I was pretty devastated, I mean, she was the only person who actually liked, and cared about me. So, I got tired of being a noble, and didn't want to become a lord after my father died, so I left and came to Avaleur." Jordan finished his story, shrugging.

[Scooter]

"Woah, really? Sorry to hear that your mom died. Your dad is still alive?"

[Jordan Hielo]

"Yes, he is. Still ruling over Hielo, I believe." Jordan nodded.

[Scooter]

"Do you ever plan to go back?"

[Jordan Hielo]

"No. I'll let myself die before I go back there." he laughed.

[Scooter]

Scooter laughed a bit. "That's probably for the best. You don't wanna go back to somewhere where you're not happy!"

[Jordan Hielo]

"That makes sense, hmm?" Jordan grinned. "Where's your favourite place you've been to?"

[Scooter]

"Avaleur!" Scooter exclaimed, smiling. "I have lots of friends here, and a nice home and I'm happy all the time too, well, excluding some parts of today. But I like it the best!"

[Jordan Hielo]

"Really? Hmm, that's good then brother." he smiled. "I've really only been in Avaleur and Matelle."

[Scooter]

"Which do you like better?" Scooter asked, though he could safely assume the answer would be 'Avaleur.'

[Jordan Hielo]

"Avaleur, hands down. The only good thing about Matelle is it's beauty, and culture."

[Scooter]

Scooter smiled. "Do you ever plan to travel anywhere else?"

[Jordan Hielo]

"I don't know." he shrugged, leaning back on the couch once more. "Maybe...I wouldnt know where to though. Maybe Paineston, or Tetra. Bataille. Somewhere really new, maybe."

[Scooter]

"I've been to Paineston! It's very pretty! Tetra is kind of scary though.. Everyone is really strong and stuff, I admire it though! I've never been to Bataille. Or, I don't think I have, at least." Scooter thought it over. "Personally, I don't think I ever want to leave Avaleur!"

[Jordan Hielo]

"Ohh, yeah? Why's that? Personally, I probably wouldnt leave. Too much going for me here."

[Scooter]

Scooter laughed. "Well, I experienced a lot of firsts here. You're the first person I've met that I consider a brother, I fell in love for the first time, got my heart broken for the first time, I'm a farmer for the first time! I also seen a lot of different races for the first time. I just have a lot to see here! Plus, I don't want to leave any of the people, especially you. I'd be sad if I had to leave you."
