Personality: Roland is courageous almost to the point of stupidity. He is brave and strong willed. He tries to be a loyal soldier. His dream is to be a knight and one day become a well known general. He tends to be break rules how he sees fit though.
Appearance: He wears gold plated armor with gold trim around it. He has brown boots and wears a brown belt. He has no helmet. He has red hair and purple eyes. He carries a spear that can also be used as a javelin if need be.
Weakness/Fears: Roland's weakness is the fact that he cannot use magic. Also he is afraid of make the wrong decisions in battle, causing failure or death to loved ones.

History: Roland comes from a distant kingdom separated from Aveleur by the sea. Growing up he heard tales of great knights and heroic soldiers and decided he wanted to be one some day. His nation was under attack when his parents sent him away on a ship heading in the opposite direction. Roland was unaware that he was on the ship until it was to late. This was his parents last chance, dispite his desires, at keeping him safe and out of war.
