Play-By: Emily Blunt
Name: Hanna Emelia Bulemann
Age: 35(looks 29)
Gender: Female
Race: Werewolf
Location: In Avaleur's wilderness
Guild: N/A
Class(es): Healer
Appearance: One of the main things you'd notice about Hanna besides those eyes are how skinny she probably is. Whether in wolf form or human, she wouldn't weigh much. She's a small woman in muscle thanks to her life style. And she tends to be covered in dirt or leaves in her brown hair and light skin. Thus, she tends to stay in wolf form much of the time and has coped that way well enough. Her facial complexion is fair and easy on the eyes, but has not attracted the interest of a male for quite some time now thanks to what she is.
But Hanna still feels rather beautiful either way. Her clothing is another matter however. If she has a dire need or eagerness to be in her human form, her clothing is always at the mercy of whatever she can find or hide away somewhere. Though she really isn't picky at all. However, she does prefer loose clothes or dresses that are in nice colors. There is never a shortage to what she can find by sneaking into the local village in the daytime after they've done their laundry. No one tends to notice either way. She's only 5'5" tall and 110lbs. Someone needs to stuff her full of food.
As a wolf however, she looks unhealthy and ratty. As if someone really needs to put her out of her misery. Only 85 lbs of wolf meat isn't well enough to feed even a house cat in most wolves' opinion, but Hanna doesn't tend to care about the opinions they waste on her. Her coat of thick fur hides it all. On top is a layer of blackish grey from the top of her head to the tip of her tail. Followed by a tannish brown middle and a white underbelly. She looks like a pure, Eurasian wolf. Definitely representing what looks like her ancestors. She's in this form almost 95%of the time. As she feels far too vulnerable as a human.
But she has these bright, light blue eyes as a human and as a wolf. Those are hard to ignore if you happen to get a real glance at them. As a healer, she has the power to calm. An influencing feeling that she often can't control. She tends to unknowingly inflict such calmness over people that are hurt or really angry.
About: Hanna is a sweetheart. Though being shy, quiet, timid and generally alone, she treats the world like it has the best gifts to offer her. She doesn't take anything for granted and goes out of her way to make people happy in her own way. As an Omega, she doesn't have a violent streak. However, she cannot be controlled by an Alpha like other wolves can and that's what makes her undesirable to packs. She's more of a freelance wolf in a way, but she obeys anyway. She's quite the woman who cares more about others than herself. She loves children and loves being in her wolf form 95% of the time.
There's a great deal of things that she doesn't like, fears or avoids at all costs and to accomplish that, she is usually alone and keeping herself out of danger overall. She likes being outside where there are plenty of places to run and hide. However, she will face danger to protect someone that needs protecting. She craves a pack to be in and an equally patient one at that. Though she knows what cruel treatment the world can dish out, she doesn't deny it. She lives smart and knows that life isn't perfect, but she does what she can to survive.
She's got goals to look forward to and mostly strive to find a pack, a mate and have children. All hopefully in that order. If not, she just hopes that the world will bless her with the ability to be the Omega that can and will do anything for anyone. All for acceptance and stop the feeling of being out of place all of the time. She's completely submissive and seems to give up the moment she fears danger's coming upon her. If there's no where to run, she rolls onto her back and submits like the Omega she is.
Weaknesses/Fears:
Eye contact. Her biggest fear is just this. She has this god-awful feeling that looking at anyone in the eyes is going to get her killed. No matter what they tell her.
Being trapped. A dislike and a fear, Hanna won't step inside any place that is offered to her and promised to be a safe place. She'd rather sleep outside on the ground like always.
Being a pet. Or being owned. What have you. It would mean being n a cage or being indoors and treated like a piece of garbage no matter how hard she'd try to be obedient and pleasant.
Unruly, enraged dominance. If it's against her, she knows it's coming and she'll run to avoid it. However, in the wake of another getting hurt, she'll step in, unhindered by her fear.
Her weaknesses include: Her whole nature, her timidness, empathy, being careless when protective, her hunger.
Weapons/Magic:
She has found she has the power to influence a sense of calm unto someone who is feeling a great deal of pair, fear or anger. Though it takes eye contact or physical contact to do so. Both of which she really doesn't like to do. At times, she can also get a glimpse into the future. But that rarely ever happens and she dismisses it as if it were a dream, later to feel a sense of deja vu. She holds no weapons however.
History:
She was born in a small village lands away from Avaleur, daughter of a couple pack members who lived in secret amongst the humans there. She was different from the start. Though she grew up happily until around nine when the pack of twenty wolves met as they regularly did. Her parents wanted to arrange a marriage between their daughter and a male of their pack. But upon looking at her more closely, the Alpha denied them that and told them he wanted her killed. The Alpha wanted strong members of the pack and no Omega would ever hold any use.
Her parents were astounded by such news and defended their daughter's life by giving up their own as she ran into the woods to hide. The pack was hot on her trail, but she eluded them long enough to escape before they gave up. She traveled as far as she could for days until another pack found her and took her in. One of the eldest females fed her and nurtured her, heard her story. She was protected for the most part until she turned sixteen. The old wolf brought Hanna to her son, the beta of the pack and suggested he take her on as a mate to replace his last one. He declined at first, but one look at her caused him to start changing his mind.
He took her on as a mate after realizing she was different. At least enough to make him feel special. Though pleasant and loving he seemed to be at first, he changed almost a couple months after they had really started getting to know each other. He became rude, aggressive, dominant. And every time he struck her, she'd get more timid and that empowered him more. Hanna never fought back, but realized that the beta was psyching himself up to fight the Alpha. Which he did and won vigorously. Happy he was, but Hanna was left to the hand of what she dreaded calling her mate.
She became reclusive in their own home, being in her wolf form most of the time since her fur often padded the blows he would land on her. He kept her tied up like an animal because of it and prevented her from ever leaving. But one night, the Alpha's mother stormed in with a rage towards her son and almost fighting tooth and nail, freed Hanna from the chains around her neck and gave her the opportunity to run. Which she did with horrified, stumbling steps. Out the door she went and she didn't dare look back.
She avoided any other packs for a while, fearing that her special status might attract the wrong attention. For five years, she gave up and wandered until she collapsed by a small camp. Humans. She had never really gotten curious enough to check them out. However, two human children came to her aid without even knowing it, telling their parents. The father picked up the starving wolf, looking at her as a bunch of meat to put on the table. But she was too skinny. The family fed her scraps, helped her heal a bit and gave her some hope of living a little longer as she lived outside of the home in a small cage. The two young girls became attached to her and saw her as a pet.
Soon, the mother was convinced as well and reached out to pet the timid wolf, which Hanna was afraid at first, but let the fingers comfort her fear. They opened the door, but Hanna didn't run. For the children had won her over and she steadily proved her trust in them. As did their father. For almost ten years following, Hanna was the wolf pet to the family, watching the children grow and playing with them. She was a companion to their parents and often eased any tension they might feel. Which sooner or later, the father started noticing.
Something in him snapped and he claimed that the wolf must be a witch in disguise. He chased her away while the rest of his family had gone elsewhere, making an excuse that she had run off with a pack of wolves. Hanna had run and didn't look back, but she was broken-hearted. She knew for the longest time that she could influence a sense of calm, but she didn't think it was a bad thing. For some years after, she has been traveling and avoiding a lot of contact with anyone. Though she strives to be in a pack with her own kind, she takes everything with a grain of salt.
