Ic:Sunden was becoming increasingly annoyed and frustrated as he attempted to guide his golden horse, Jonah, through the crowds and streets that made up Avaleur. This was, indeed, the largest city he'd ever been to, and he'd never seen so many people in one place. It seemed dangerous to him. Anyone at any time could start shooting arrows or magic into a crowd and it would be very difficult to get away.
After getting lost a few times, Sunden finally found what he was looking for-the hunting shop. It had two stories and wasn't the most impressive building he'd ever seen, but that was okay. As long as there was someone inside who he could go into business with.
Sunden tied Jonah outside the building and patted the horse's nose before going in the shop. The inside was more his speed. It looked, felt, even smelled like something he would want to be a part of. There were various weapons and hunting supplies all over the place and there were animal pelts, too. He was tempted to go out and get the pelts he had and sell them right away.
He stopped at the counter but continued to look around. The shop seemed out of place in the midst of the stone forest outside. He found as he waited for someone that he actually kind-of liked it.

A loud thump could be heard from the open back room behind the counter, followed by a curse word. Jordan sat up, unaware than someone had just walked into his shop. He gripped his head that he had- yet again- whacked into something. Having dropped something under his work table, he had gone to grab it. Coming up, the desk decided it didn't like him.
He grumbled to himself for a moment. Usually, he would work at the counter, but he found that he was too busy watching the people passing by to really concentrate. So working in the back seemed like a good idea. Apparently not.
The man stood up, putting the piece of metal onto the table as he continued to rub his head. Screw it, I'll look for something else to work on... he thought to himself as he exited the room, towards his order book sitting on his counter.
He stopped by the entrance, as he spotted a man standing at the counter.
"Oh, hello. Sorry, I didn't realize anyone was here. Would've been out sooner," he stated, wiping his hands off on the rag tucked into his trousers. His hair was nearly coming down over his eyes that watched the man carefully. He looked happy to be in the store.
"What can I help you with?" the ice elemental smiled, resting his fists on the counter as he awaited the man to say something.
After a while of just standing there, leaning on the counter and gazing around the little shop, Sunden heard a slamming sound from the back room, followed by a grunt. Shortly after, a man emerged from the doorway and spotted him. The man greeted him and asked him what he wanted. Sunden gave a tiny smile and dove right in.
"Yes, hello. My name is Sunden Anover. I'm a hunter from, well, everywhere," he began, and it was true, he had been just about everywhere. Sort-of. "I actually just arrived here in the city and was looking for a business partner. I was wondering if you were looking for anything of the sort at the moment?" he asked, trying to sound respectful, though it was hard not to make it sound rehearsed, considering he had said the exact same thing to many other people in the past.
