Welcome to Avaleur, a medieval fantasy roleplay site where anything is a possibility. Face bandits, or knights. Work your way up to become part of Avaleur's castle, or try your luck at being a thief. Own a shop, be a guild master, start a family. The possibilities are endless.
Kavanah sat on top of a large rock in the far corner of the meadow, his legs were folded as he played with the wind, and nature around him. The deadline for the curse was not too far off. He could feel his time coming.
He had searched without anything more than a whisper on how to find a cure or even if one truly did exist. As he played, it seemed not even the grasses knew anything that would help him.
As he played he watched out and gazed upon the horizon, he saw many beasts run and be free, happy, he thought. What he would give to feel that freedom again.

Kavanah stopped playing, it seemed to be worthless anyways. He couldn't even help Denzel.
"Oh, hey Namari," he says as he looks down to see the woman. You could hear a bit of disappointment in his voice. "Ya I've been searching around quite a bit. Haven't really been in one place for long." he explains.

Namari stared at Kavanah, and nodded slowly. "Is that so bad though?" She asked, scratching her head, "I mean, I'm pretty sure Walter is a demon, and he seems to enjoy himself a fair ammount..."
"Yes, that is true. But Walter is most definitely a higher demon. Plus I would have no choice on my fate. Walter although it's almost impossible can decided his own fate. At least I assume he could, just based on what I've gathered."

Namari sighed. "Well...is there anything I could do to help...?" she asked, worried. Kavanah seemed like a good person, and Namari did not like to see him like this.
Kavanah winced a bit remember just what he had done. "Well," he began,"I was part of an angel tribe up in the mountains. Me along with some others felt that we should be able to, and had right to use the forbidden magic. I, and I'm not sure how many of us knew what that really meant. We, the legion, had to perform a sacrifice to obtain the magic. The victim was to be an angel girl, pure, and untouched. They choose my sister. I stood and watched as we killed her." he pulls out the dagger and shows it to Namari, "this, this was what we use. After the ritual. The legion went to war with our brothers. I stayed and took the dagger. While fleeing, I was shot in the back with an arrowhead. That is what really gave me the curse. It was activated by the forbidden magic. Please forgive me for the extra information, I felt it would be better to tell you know than have you be confused later."

Namari nodded. "I see...makes sense, I suppose."
The woman suddenly stood up, irritated, "I say you go back and tell them to take the curse away! No one should have their choices taken away from them unless they have done something to deserve it. From what I heard, you have no good reason to be turned into a demon."
"But I took part in the murder of my sister, I'm seen as a traitor in my people's eyes, and I'm being hunted by the legion. Without this." he holds up the dagger. "They cannot completely use the magic. The sacrifice wasn't complete." Kavanah explains.

Namari frowned, "Hated by both sides..." she muttered. A lightbulb went off in her head, and she smirked. "There are two things you could do! One, you could give the tribe the dagger, and ask in return freedom from the curse. Or, you could do a bunch of good deeds down here hand hope they agnowlege it."
((Although lightbulbs dont exist here I still said it. I'm terrible X"D))

Namari nodded, smiling gently back at him. "I hope it does. Heck, I would do both idea's just in case. When you do go and see the tribe, let me know so I can find out how it went! Oh, and remember, as soon as it goes away you said you would join the knights!" She smirked at the last bit, winking at the angel.
He smiled back at Namari, "Of course, I will make sure even if i become a demon I will be a knight for Avaleur! Well, I should be off. I think I'm going to try and help this man named Arkelse find his sister!" he hopped of the rock. "Is there anything I can do for you." he then remembered how he tried to help Denzel. "I tired helping Denzel, i hope i do better than I did then."

Namari shook her head, "I don't think so, unless..." she blushed, grinning, "Do you know how to tell someone you like them? And don't flatter yourself, it isnt you," she said the last part jokingly, laughing a bit.
