A New Home

[Stacy]

Stacy looked at the man and smiled. "Well, you could start off in one way, by just going to a new country, and change your occupation. Get a new home, new friends, like that."

"But, then theres the starting off fresh where you do those things, but then you change your name, your hair, things like that." Stacy grinned. "Basically be born again. Become a new person."

Enoch gazed up at the ceiling, "Hmmmm I suppose that would work." he smiled, "You have given me quite the thing to think about."

[Stacy]

Stacy grinned, "Hey, if you ever do decide to leave Avaleur, or even Guerre, you have to promise to write to me as often as you can, okay?"

"Of course I would!" he exclaims, "But, I don't think I could leave Avaleur.... I wouldnt want to leave you." he said blushing.

[Stacy]

Stacy blushed as well. It clicked in that Enoch was blushing now, and that before he wasnt just feeling hot. He was blushing then as well.

"...In truth, I suppose I wouldnt want you to leave as well." She smiled softly.

Enoch blushed even more. He had decided not to even fight it anymore. "Really? You wouldn't?" he smiled she was his first real friend.

"Of course I wouldnt want you to leave...you're one of the nicest people I've met so far..." she layed back down, rolling over to hide her tomato-red face.

Enoch rolled away as well, his face felt like it was melting it was so hot. "Thanks Stacy, you know you make me want to do actual good things. Not the bad things that I am required to do."

Smiling softly, she mumbled to him, "I'm glad I make you feel that way Enoch. You deserve better than what you have now."

He felt so warm, 'What is this? I.. I like it,' Enoch thought to himself as he listened to Stacy. 'I can't believe this, but, I want to change. Stacy. What a beautiful name.'

"Thanks. That truly means alot." he says turning back to look at her laying on the bed.

Running a hand through her hair, she giggled lightly. "Like I said, it's no problem. You deserve it." She turned around to see him looking at her, and blushed a bit more. Being the person she was, though she could feel her face growing red she did not look away.

Enoch keep his gaze on Stacy, "You deserve more too." he said smiling at her.

"Ohh?" Stacy smiled, lifting up her head so she was artially sitting up, with her head resting on a fist. "What do you mean by that?" she laughed.

He didn't want to say what he felt, that he was no good for her, so he just said what everyone would say. "You don't deserve to be sick. I hope you can find a way to be ride of it," he said.

"I doubt I will, but that would be great!" she grinned. "But were you going to say something else? It looked like you were.."

"Uh, just that, um, I hope you find a good guy. You deserve a great one." Enoch looked at Stacy, she was so good, and he was so bad.

Stacy raised an eyebrow. "Well that was all of a sudden! But, yeah, I guess you're right! I do hope I find a good guy to be with..." then, with a wink, she added, "Someone like you!"

Enoch turned as red as his cloak. He couldn't believe what he had heard, 'Me?!' he thought.

He smiled at Stacy, "You my dear are much to kind. Someone like me?"

"Of course! Everyone's rough around the edges, Enoch, it just takes one person to look past that fact and see who those people really are." She smiled softly.

"You are hands down the greatest person I have meet." He smiled, "I just want you to know that."

He couldn't take his gaze away from her. 'To think, this was just going to be another normal day' he said to himself.
