Kavanah started walking off the docks, "We were just on the Harbor obviously. It rests on Almora Ocean. Our main lake feeds into it." he began.
They left the bustling docks at the harbor, and for got on the pathway that lead from them to the town. Here was the in between. You could see to the sides bits of the wilderness and infront was the town.
Kavanah went straight to the center of town, it would be the best place to start. He walked up to the fountain and held up his arms, "This is the center of it all, from here it is easy to get to wherever your destination is."

He stared at the people and the buildings, smiling. They seemed nice. Back in his home town, everything was covered in ice, the people were more distant and cold, and it was much more different than Avaleur.
"This is also basically the marketplace, along the sides here and down a lot of the streets here are where you will find most of the shops in Avaleur." he waited for a moment before heading toward the church.

Jordan found the church fairly pretty. He smiled. He saw there were many flowers in vases in the room. Spotting the ones closest to them, he noticed they were near death. Frowning, Jordan took off his glove and placed his hand on the flowers. The flowers slowly turned to ice, keeping their former beauty but just having a layer of ice covering them to keep them from death. He placed his glove back on, and smiled at Kavanah.
Kavanah watched the boy, was he magician? Or perhaps an elemental. He remembered he can from Hialo, but he wasn't positive on their culture. If he was a magician then why not restore the flowers without freezing them, "Elemental?" he went with his gut, he hoped he didn't affend him.
"Very cool. I only know little about your kind but what I do know astounds me." Kavanah pointed out a window. "That alleyway is where we are headed next."
"This is the fastest way, other than flying, to get around town. Of you learn you way around these alleys that is. Otherwise you could be lost for some time." Kavanah explained as they walked through. After a while of walking they came out and stood before the massive arena. "And here is the famous Avaleur Arena. All kind of matches can be held here."

Jordans mouth hung open a little as he examined the arena. It was quite magnificent. He was suprised. Avaleur was known for their arena, and free schooling. And not Jordan knew why it was so popular. It was the biggest one he had even seen.
"It's probably the pride of Avaleur to most people anyway." he watched Jordan look at everything eagerly. All of a sudden his stomach let him know that he was hungry. "Hey Jordan, you hungry?" he asked.

Jordan nodded slightly, moving his hands in a 'sometimes' motion. He blew some freezing air from his mouth, causing the air to be visible. He then did a thumbs up. Spotting a fire someone had made to warm up, he pointed to himself, then the fire, and made an ex withhis arms. He didnt know any other was to say that the food he eats is cold, and he hates hot food.
Kavanah stared blankly at Jordan for a moment. This one was tough. He wasn't too sure at all what Jordan was trying to say. "Cold not warm? So you like cold food? Is that right?"
