Namari smiled bitterly, wrapping her arms around her legs, resting her chin on her knees.
"Because I had to marry someone I didnt want to." Namari sighed, running a hand through her hair."It was either marry him, or be disenherited. My younger sister is probably married to that man now." Namari laughed, thinking herself an idiot. Why she was telling this person she barely knew, she had no clue.
"Tell anyone this, and I'll cut your tongue off." she said, looking at Seth with slanted eyes.
"Well.." He started. "It was my friend from the country I came from and things were just awful there. Anything known as "Supernatural" were given the lowest paying jobs. So needless to say we were very poor." He said looking down.
"There education was pricey and you needed one to get a good job. So the rich could afford the education and get the good jobs while the poor couldn't afford it and ended up with the bad jobs that barely paid much. The Rich became richer while the poor stayed poor. So with no where to turn people began turning to crime to solve there problems. Forest raids, Massive robbery, you name it." "Without school the other poor kids and I had a lot of free time on our hands and we usually spent working or in the forest." He said giving a slight smile. "And that was when I met her..." He smiled even more. "Her name was Elliot and I met her after I shifted into a bird for the first time when I was ten." He chuckled. "Thankfully she knew the difference between a real bird and a shape shifter and was the first to get help when I fell out of the sky. Thankfully I just had a broken wrist but ever since then we were the best of friends and there wasn't a day we didn't do something together." "She always made it easier to deal with the kids that would pick on me for..well being what I am because shifters had the notorious stereotype as thieves." "But she was normal and belonged to a family of wealth." Seth's smile started to slowly fade. "Five years later her family arranged for her to marry a man she barely even knew for money." Seth shook his head. "The last time I saw her she was....crushed..." He said looking down. "She was Fifteen marrying a guy almost twice her age and for what? Money?" Seth looked at Namari. "It got me thinking...What kind of family would not want their kids to be happy." He looked out into the lake. "We stopped seeing each other after the marriage and by then my parents had saved enough money to leave that gods forsaken place and move to Avaleur to start over." He looks down. "I just hope I can go back one day..."

Namari nodded. "You want to see her again, don't you? Yeah...there's a guy like you in my story." she smiled, looking at Seth. "I guess me and your friend are fairly similar then, ehh?"

She laughed. "I meant more along the lines of a childhood friend of mine I cared deeply about." she smiled. "He was half elf, half human though. So he was hated in the kingdom." Namari said sadly.

Namari lauhed, before replying, "Alright, alright. I'll keep it short and sweet. I became friends with the blacksmith's boy. I was 8, he was 10. I was the princess, pure blood. He was a half elf, disliked by everyone. We were very close. When I turned 16, my parents told me that a prince in a very powerful family wished to court me. But by then, I had falen in love with my friend. And him, me.
"My parents forbay it. But we snuck behind their backs. On my 18th birthday, I found him and his father laying dead in their house. My parents gave me the choice, marry the prince or be disowned. I bought my claymore and left."
Namari held back the tears. She hadn't thought about him for a long time. She didn't care that she just met Seth; she was just happy that she had told someone.
Seth changed back and looking shocked from what he had just heard. He felt bad for Namari and felt guilty of himself. He thought he had it rough, but his past didn't hold a candle to hers because Elliot was still alive. "I-I'm sorry to hear that...Truly i am." He shakes his head. "Who would do something like that?" He asks.

Namari shrugged. "Clearly it had to be someone against us being together. But hey, this story does NOT leave. You will never tell anyone! If you do, I'll ring your throat." she growled. Though she didnt mind him knowing, she did not want the whole city to know.
"Maybe one day I'll go back to your country and find Elliot with you." Namari said suddenly, gazing back at the lake.
"That would be wonderful." He said smiling sitting back looking out over the lake. Seth felt like a weight had been lifted off of his shoulders. Namari was the first person he'd ever told about Elliot but he wished he could help her. "What about Resurrection?" Seth asked.
"Well it's a long shot but.." He started. "If we can grab the necessary things and survive getting them, we could have a sorcerer enchant the items to make a stone." His face lit up when he hatched an idea. "Hey we could get Dante to do it! Have you met Dante? He's a really powerful sorcerer that goes to school here."

"Dante? Oh...that brat." Namari grunted, remembering when he had accidentaly thrown a fire spell at her. She had chased him around town for half an hour before he froze her to the ground.
"But I have to admit, the stuff is almost impossible to get." Seth stated. "A wind-wolf pelt is the least difficult of the seven things. The hardest one would be a feather from a pheonix, and I don't even know where to find those."

Denzel was just flying over top them on her way to town when she heard something about pheonixes. she she carefully dropped to the ground and waved. "hey guys~" she smiled as she approached them
