Namari yawned, laying down againsed the cold grass and listened to the trees blow and the animal calls. She stared up towards the clouds, making out shapes within them. Rubbing her eyes the woman sat up, bored out of her mind. Sure, she had things to do. But she thought she deserved a small break. She looked out over the water, spotting the beautiful setting sun. The woman stared, mesmerized by the sun's reflection on the water. Finally, she got up and walked over to the water's edge.
She picked up a smooth, flat rock on the rockbed she stood on, and threw it across the water. It hit the water and bounced off, and continued to do this until finally coming to a stop and sinking into the beautiful lake. Namari gave out a soft smile, amused. She placed her sword on the grass beside the rocks, and picked up a similar rock.
The woman continued throwing rocks, enjoying herself. There seemed to be many skipping rocks below her, and she took advantage of that, throwing many of them.
(mkay, here I go) Dadramora had spotted the elf from above, watching her skip stones. She was beautiful, and her sword looked deadly. He waited a bit, then dove down a thousand feet and snatched a stone from the surface of the water after she skipped it, then rose back into the air about fifty feet. "And who are you?" Dadramora asked.

Namari blinked, raising an eyebrow slightly. The woman put her one hand on her hip, and stated, "I am Namari. I've not seen you in Avaleur. Who are you, might I ask?"
"I guess I'm the new guy huh?" Dadramora said. "You can call me what you will, but many tell me I'm Dadramora. Pleasant to meet one as... fine as you." he said, smiling wryly. He had no willingness to try anything, he had too many to kill. But everybody needs to have some fun.

Namari's eyebrow seemed to raise higher, and she rolled her eyes. "Oh yes, fine. I thank you for the compliment. An elf with one arm and many scars is fine." she chuckled, picking up another rock and skipping it across the lake again. "So what are you doing here Dadramora?"
Dadramora smiled. "That just shows you know what the hell to do in sticky situation. that just makes it better." He picked up a rock and skipped it, but it didn't stop til it hit the opposite shore. "And I'm here for-delicate reasons, I guess you'd say."

"Makes sense. I suppose I am not used to people not trusting me. I'm a highly trusted person, I suppsoe," she laughed. Looking at the man, she raised an eyebrow. "That was a very random question. Why do you ask?"
"Death is not the only way to fly Namari." He walked behind her and wrapped his hands around her waist, then lightly jumped, then started flapping viciously to gain altitude. After about a minute, he stopped and just soared in the sky a few hundred feet up. "Wanna go highter?"

"Ahh, sure!" Namari grinned, enjoying the view. "And I was not talking of death. My race were dragon riders. I own a dragon. One day I shall ride him."
the fact she owned a dragon alerted Dadramora. *Dragons are alive here...* He thought. "Hold on." He threw her into the air and muttered something under his breath, and transformed into a dragon. Just in time, as Namari land squarely on the soft scales at the base of his neck. #Hold on# He mindspoke to her.

#I am a Dragoon. The last, to be accurate. Mostly man, with quite a bit of dragon. Become close enough with your dragon, and then maybe...# He climbed higher into the sky, and then spread his magic to her to keep the elf warm. #Only another minute or two and I will have to land, lest i fall unconcious from exhaustion and we both die.#

"Ohh yes, death. That wouldnt be very pleasant, would it?" Namari smiled. "Do not exaust yourself then. I've never heard of a Dragoon. That is interesting. Maybe I shall let you meet my dragon someday."
#I would like that Namari. It'll be the first I've seen in many a year. It is good to know they are not dead. Very good.# He decended to the ground, and let namari slide down. then he transformed back into his regular human form, drained.
