((This rp actually takes place in king Phillis' bedroom. Which is located closest to the throne room.))
Phillis lay in his bed, coughing and sneezing. He felt absolutely awful. All of the doctors had told him the same thing. You shouldn't stress yourself so much, king. Especially after so many head injuries. It was just a matter of time to when it would catch up to you. Ugh. To hell with that. How was he supposed to know it would give him a high fever?
He had lots of work to do, lots of people to see. How was he supposed to continue this if he was bedridden for days? Of course, since Namari was the kings hand she'd be in charge for the time being. But that wasn't okay with Phillis. He trusted her, of course. He just didn't believe in letting other people do his work.
He covered himself in his blankets, occasionally his hand poked out to grab a tissue. Where was everyone? Did nobody care to stick around and keep him company? Or even, take care of him?
Dante yawned, walking through the halls, close to reaching the kings room. School was important, but he decided that Phillis was more important right now. He opened the mans door, and smiled. "Hello, Phillis...how are you holding up?" He asked, closing the door behind him. He could feel the sickness in the air, and waved it away with a soft wind spell.

Phillis peered out from under the blankets, he closed one eye due to the brightness of the room. "Shouldn't you be in school?" He asked, letting out another cough.
"Skipped. Well, technically I told them I was taking care of the sick king, but still. Not in school." Dante chuckled, sitting next to him on the bed. Dante lightly stroked the kings forehead, feeling the heat emitting from the boy. "You really should take it easy, my dear, no one wants a sick king but his enemies!"

Phillis smiled sweetly at Dante. " You..You must know magic to get rid of sickness, don't you?" he asked. Of course, that must be why the boy was there.

"What?" Phillis sat up, a bit too fast. He held onto the side of the bed to stop himself from becoming dizzy. " Why not?!... Can't you see how terribly dreadful of a condition I'm in?" he asked.
"Yes, but now you can rest! You're overly stressed, you need to relax. Namari can handle the castle. For now, we need our king to get better, and make sure he gets enough rest." Dante smiled, pushing the boy down lightly so that he was laying down. "So, relax. Other than me curing you, do you need me to do anything? Get you food, or water? Anything like that."

Phillis coughed. He grabbed a tissue to blow his nose. " I need.. to do work." he moaned, sounding like a whining child. He threw the tissue across the room and buried his face into his pillow.
Dante smiled, levitating the box and olacing it in his hand. He put the box on Phillises bedside table, and rubbed the man's head. "You need to rest, you do not need to work. Namari will handle it, you know she will work well."

Phillis sighed. He knew Dante had a point, he just didn't want to admit it. He turned his head to face the boy. The last time the two had really seen each other was when Phillis proposed and got rejected. He looked at Dantes hand, noting that the boy was still wearing the ring. He wondered how much he wore it. He couldn't help but smile. It made him feel a little better to see that. He hadn't realized he was zoning out.

"Hm?" Phillis looked back up at Dantes face. "Sorry." he laughed awkwardly. He brushed his hair back with his hand, it was messy and all over the place. Something that he didn't let happen often. " So how are you liking your new school?"
"It's amazing! I'm actually learning!" Dante grinned. "An older man moved into town, and began teaching advanced magic! He was one of the top competitors of the magic games 40 years ago in Paineston, and almost won! He tells me that I have a lot of promise! I also just found out that apparently I'm a child prodigy in magic! Though, I havent mastered it yet, he told me I am very, very close!"
Dante had so much to tell Phillis, and was smiling widely, his dimples in clear view.

Phillis smiled back at Dante. He couldn't help it, his dimples were simply too precious. Oh my goodness.. Just when I thought he couldn't get any cuter..
"T-That's amazing." Phillis congratulated. " Whom exactly did you meet?"

Phillis raised an eyebrow at the statement but he decided to shrug it off. "Well, anyway, I'm very, very proud of you." he said, honestly. It was one of the rare times where he actually received good news.
