"Yes, that's me!" Scooter exclaimed, clapping his hands together. "Wow, people talk about me? That's so cool! I never would have thought that! Gosh, that makes me so happy!"
Scooter smiled, he took a step back and closed his eyes. On cue, the rain began to lightly fall. He put his hands out, catching raindrops. "Like that!"

Scooter giggled. He opened his eyes again, as he put his hands down. The rain stopped. "It's very easy! I guess, since I was born with the ability. It just happens, whenever I just tell the rain to fall, it does!"
"Well, I don't think of it as magic, per say. It's just that my soul and the rain are bound with each other, we are one and it understands me and I understand it. I guess that makes me sound crazy, but I don't know how else to put it." Scooter explained, smiling. He changed the subject. "So you can't do any magic at all?"
"Wow! That's so cool!" Scooter exclaimed. "Can you really do all that? That's so neat! That's really incredible, Avaleur is lucky to have you as a knight!" he encouraged, he was being honest. "What about the other knights? What weapons do they use?"
"Well I'm not great at all of those. Takes me about an 30 seconds to launch a good shot off the bow," he made sure to clear that up, "As for the others, I know Namari uses a sword, Kavanah uses tow short swords, Steele uses his claws I think, as for Walter..... I'm not really sure." he chuckled.
Scooter tilted his head, confused. "Honest? Well, that sure is weird. Though, I'm sure you all will be some day!"
He sighed as he shook his bell a bit. " Say, there sure are a lot of people out here despite the recent attacks. It's pretty nice that they aren't too scared to go out! It's great that they are still going about their lifes."
"These people have the toughest spirits I've ever seen." Roland said as he looked around, "It's what will someday make this kingdom one of the strongests."
Scooter smiled. "That's wonderful! I really hope to see that happen. I think it will be very, very nice and you all deserve it after such misfortune." he said, as he played with the bell, swinging it back and forth.
Roland smiled, a little unsure though, "I hope I live long enough to see it myself. This war," he paused searching for the right words, "I won't let it destroy these people. It may mean that it will destroy me, but if that's the sacrific than so be it." he nodded as if agreeing with himself.
"Woah!" Scooter exclaimed. He really admired Rolands bravery. "You really are so cool! Even when saying something so intense you shrug it off like it's just a well known fact. Avaleur is lucky to have you! I wish I could be that cool, honest! It sure is swell for me to talk to a fella like you! I sure learned a lot. You've inspired me to become a more brave person and to help Avaleur as best as I can! I can't fight though. Oh, but maybe I can learn how! Then maybe I can be as cool as you!"
"Oh but you have something more powerful than the ability to fight." Roland replied, "You can control the weather, the surrounds if the battle are arguably the most important part. It is what a stratagy is built around and upon."
Roland smiled, "And you are already as 'cool' as me, if not cooler. I mean you woke up and did all this. You turned your idea into reality, not only is that a cool thing, but a brave one as well. You could have been shunned or mocked, but you risked it."
