"Ahh, thank you once more!" Namari smiled, more relieved. "I suppose you are right. None the less, I thank you all very greatly. And once we win this war, we will all celebrate greatly!" Namari grinned.
"O-ho drinks for all is it? I could certainly go for that once this is done" he smiled half-serious, the 'boys' cheered in the thought of getting drunk "if thats the case lets finish this quickly!" he spoke as a sword grazed his face giving him a cut across the cheek, he sent a cyclone whirling through enemy lines, destroying any enemys along the path; he stared for a moment before saying "oops".

"Don't say 'oops' my new friend, the more enemies defeated the safer Avaleur is!" she laughed. "If we win this battle, I guarantee you every penny I have will go to buying drinks for everyone that I can!"
Sanaki laughed as well "well i guess 'oops' wasn't the best word for it, also i was joking about the drinks no need to go broke over a war!" the soldiers voiced their complaints over the idea though, he slashed through more enemy before calling "how much does he pay these guys? they don't seem to end!" he casted another cyclone through enemy lines but more simply filled their place, "i hate these guys" he mumbled.
Kavanah frowned he had underestimated the power of Goria's shield and held off too much on the energy blasts.
The next thing he knew Goria was charging at him. Instinct brought his blades up to block but the powerful hand shattered them. Kavanah dropped the rest of the pieces as he looked down to see a gapping wound in his abdomin. Another fatal mistake, he had takin his shield down...
Not like this, he wouldn't go out like this. Kavanah charged two energy balls once again and compressed them together in his hands. He felt a tug as Goria tired to free his hand but it had gotten stuck, now was the time. Kavanah thrusted the tinny marble like ball into Goria's shoulder and his most powerful move was executed. The soul reaper.
Goria's arm and part of his chest was blown away in the blast as Kavanah was sent flying through the air. The 'god's' arm was still in his wound as he looked down at it. He slowly began to fade, his particles floating off of him. It was as if he was evaporating. He smirked as he looked at Goria on last time. He may not have defeated him. But that blow would damage his spirit and soul as much as it damaged his physical body. He glanced over at Walter, "Brother, it's all you know..."
Kavanah wondered where he would go when he would finaly vanish forever, something told him he would not go to either heaven or hell. Perhaps he would go to a completely different place. An in between so to speak. Just as his life had been in the middle of the two forces, light and dark, perhaps he would go to there. Or maybe he would make it......... Kavanah then vanished oblivion.
Rez stopped fighting for a moment when he felt the huge life loss up where the others where fighting Goria. It almost felt as though Goria had died. But as he looked up he saw Kavanah vanishing into thin air. A Fiin's spear broke on Rez's metal body and he returned the favor with a jaw breaking backhand. He continued to look up at his dieing friend... Was it possible, he noticed Goria had been wounded badly in the process but he was more shocked in his comrades death. As soon as his group made it to the others, Rez would leave. And Goria would be his.

Walter looked up in shock as Kavanah dissappeared. He stood paralyzed, his hands dropping to his side. And then, Walter was in a large rage. He saw one of the demons fighting alongside some guards in the near distance, and whistled to him. The other demon looked over, and Walter pointed to the clone he was fighting. The other demon nodded, and ran towards it to attack.
...I will avenge you, my brother... Walter gritted his teeth, as he walked in rage towards Goria, not having to worry about the clones any more. His body glowed a faint black, and his eyes were an even darker glow. He had really thought of Kavanah as his brother, both in race and in thought. Goria just kept pushing things too far.
"You're fucking dead, Goria! Dead!" he yelled, extending his claws even more.

Namari had looked where Rez was looking after he stopped fighting. And to much of Namari's sadness, saw Kavanah vanish. Shit... she clenched her teeth as she thought. I need to find the other knights and the king...make sure Roland, Phillis and Walter are okay... the elven woman attacked with even more power now, determined not to lose anymore of her friends lives, and try and help save more lives.
Goodbye, my friend, may Almora watch over you... she silently prayed for Kavanah. And may the gods strike Goria down.
Goria didn't take time to register pain. He didn't have it. This man was apparantly important to these people, and his death had angered them. Goria destroyed all but three clones and used the power they had to seal his arm. His organs hadn't been hit, but fighting one armed would be fun. He turned, summoning a greatsword for defense as well as offense. He put his shield up again, except on a much stronger frequency. The immediate bloodloss from the wound had been great and was making him drowsy, but he'd be okay for a bit. Without another thought he charged down and began viciously attacking Walter, not giving him room to breathe by infusing every strike with the sword with energy magic. If the demon so much as got hit by it, it would carve through him like butter.
He felt the eyes of that Rez person as well, and the Great Ones were rapidly approaching. Goria smiled, knowing that he might be able to take out a few of his greatest enemies in one fell swoop. The lack of an arm was troubling, but he held his own.
(difficult to take down, but not impossible Walter. And Goria doesn't yet know that his actual soul has been harmed yet, so that'll be fun later on.)
Miyol and Gonra landed hard next to Dadramora, who was on top of a mountain watching the battle. The other two Great Ones landed on his other side, and Dadramora smiled. He had felt Kavanah's life force get extinguished, but that had to be worried about later on. For now, Goria's death was the most important thing.
"So, Horei, what's the plan? How do we stop him?" Dadramora asked, getting right to the point. The dragon huffed and tilted its silver head down so its eyes met his.
*The spell is an ancient one, performed under only the direst of circumstances. It has no magical price whatsoever, but it does take the life of one person.* he said. Dadramora smiled.
"Can we use Kavanah's lingering life force as the toll?" He asked, wishing it could be that simple.
The dragon shook its head. *No. It takes the life force of... well, of a dragoon.* He said. That last part was spoken softly, like he didn't want to say it. As the reality of the situation dawned on Dadramora, he knew what must be done. Wordlessly, he handed the gem containing Sani to the dragon. "You five channel the energy and direct it at me. I'll make sure I distract him long enough." He said plainly. Then Dadramora jumped and floated down to rejoin the battle. He saw slaughters as the Fiin began to overpower the Avaleur forces due to sheer numbers. Bodies were everywhere, staining the land of Isiolde red with their blood. It sickened him.
Dadramora targeted the now one armed Goria and lashed out at him with his tail. The god easily avoided it and began to attack both him and Walter with one arm. Dadramora dodged, noticing the energy magic on the edge of the sword. Wordlessly, he summoned his brother's sword, the Sword of Souls, and activated its power. With a great effort, he attacked Goria, and with Walter's help kept him at a stalemate. Then he felt it.
Dadramora turned and kicked Walter out of the way, using all the power from the Sword of Souls to knock him away about ten yards. "Baiz." Dadramora whispered. Goria's eyes got wide as he realized what was happening and attempted to flee. But it was too late. Dadramora felt his soul get torn apart, bit by bit, and his body slumped to the ground. It landed hard, making a crater in the earth. The chunks of his sould wrapped themselves around Goria and tore his sould out of the badly damaged body he had been using, and held it there. Its right arm was missing, and Goria finally, truly realized the amount of trouble he was in. Hid eyes got wider as he felt the dragoon's soul force itself into his, sucking out his power until there was almost nothing left. It made him only a little more powerful than the Fiin soldiers down on Isiolde.
(pov of Sani) Sani watched Dadramora slump to the ground, and immediately sent his power into action. With a great amount of magic, he forced his sould into Dadramora's empty body. A change happened immediately, and within thirty seconds Sani stood, a dragon once again. Dadramora's sacrifice wasn't in vain, and he watched with pleasure as the demon realized Goria's helplessness.
(okay, anybody who wants to kill Goria go for it. I'm guessing it'll be Walter though, he's closest to him.)
If what'cha see is what'cha get, why can't ya judge a book by its cover?
Zaleth had stopped to watch what was going on, like the rest of the soldiers. The Fiin hadn't even tried to kill him, but instead were more interested in what was going to happen with their lord. The battle between him, Dadramora and Walter had gotten fierce enough that each time one of them was hit the entire isle shook. Kavanah had been killed, and Zaleth was actually sad to see him go. His healing powers were very nice, but his sacrifice wasn't in vain as he noticed both Dadramora and Goria's body slump (wtf, couldn't think of a better word there Dadramora? lol) to the ground. Goria's power was almost immediately lowered to the point of mortality, and Zaleth smiled. Looks like it was all on the demon now.

Walter frowned at yet again one more death, but his frown quickly turned into a smirk.
"Well, well, well, Goria...such a great god you are, hmm? It is time for you to die, Goria. For the lives lost. For the homes destroyed. For Avaleur, and for my brother! You die today!" Walter leapt forward, lashing out with claws more extended, not caring about the state the 'god' was in.

Gwilym felt much more at ease now that he wasn't by himself fighting. From here he could focus more on one enemy rather than being surrounded by countless. The fighting had seemed to grow easier, had the Fiin given up hope for some reason? He was kind of oblivious to what was going on around him other than he had enemies to fight.
"Demon, I can promise you that when you die, I will be there to greet you. Whether it be in purgatory, or in hell, I promise you that." Goria said, glaring at the demon. He summoned a sword into his left arm and prepared himself for the slaughter that was about to ensue. He was a skilled swordsman though, so maybe he could survive for a bit longer. Already there were thousands of Fiin heading towards the demon, so Goria headed for the ground. A few hundred of his soldiers surrounded him protectively. "Come and get me, demon!"

"You forget something, Goria. I have an army of my own," with a smirk, Walter placed two fingers in his mouth and whistled fairly loudly. And with that, many demons turned their heads in Goria and Walter's direction. And with that, many of the demons began attacking, making their way over to Goria's protecting group. As they did that, Walter ran through the Fiin, attacking and slicing as quick as he could, magic flying and such. He went in the direction of Goria, moving quickly.
Rez quickly approached the large circle that Goria had made around him. Coward... Rez couldn't think straight as he felt his mind tearing between itself. He just needed a little longer.
He removed the metal coating and picked up a sword from the last kill he had. Now he made his way towards the center. Slashing and cutting down the Fiin in his way.
Goria knew his time was limited, but he wasn't going out without a fight. He waited for the demon to get near him, then used most of his leftover power to launch an energy attack on him. Should it hit, it would inflict somewhat decent damage, hopefully impairing the demon for a while afterwards. (Idc if you let it hit Walter, but if you do thatd be nice so that he doesn't appear to be a COMPLETE wimp at the end lol)

The demon dashed to the side, the energy ball hitting part of the left side of his body. Walter was thrown back a bit, quite a few cuts appearing on his wings, arms and face. But the thought of defeating Goria practically made Walter ignore the pain. He caught his footing as best as he could, staggering for a moment, and dashed for Goria, aiming right for him.
Yemet watched as the demon got staggered from a blast that weak. Yemet would've hated to fight that 'god' at full power. He had lost seven members of his squad, and the rest were watching along with the rest of the battlefield. "Kill him." Yemet whispered to nobody in particular.
