Welcome to Avaleur, a medieval fantasy roleplay site where anything is a possibility. Face bandits, or knights. Work your way up to become part of Avaleur's castle, or try your luck at being a thief. Own a shop, be a guild master, start a family. The possibilities are endless.
The previous night, Maureen had sent Lorelei her first command since entering Avaleur.
Steal the golden watering can. It is a precious treasure and must become part of my collection.
Lorelei could never say no to Maureen, so the next morning she headed to the royal gardens. They were beautiful, just as they had been when Sanaki gave her a tour. Only this time the sun was shining much brighter and she got a better view. Now, where would that golden watering can be? It mostly likely wouldn't be anywhere obvious, so Lorelei searched. She checked throughout the small bushes, behind flower pots and inside cabinets. But no such luck. This was proving to be more difficult than she had thought it would be.

Namari walked through the gardens on patrol, making sure no restricted areas were being entered. Her hand rested on the hilt of her sword as she walked calmly and casually. But the elven woman could hear someone. She turned the corner, spotting a girl looking through the garden.
"Excuse me! This is currently restricted area!" Namari yelled, wlaking over to the girl with her hand more secured on the hilt of her sword.
Lorelei had been taught how to act in this kind of situation by Maureen. "Eh..Pardon me?" she asks, faking a bit of an unknown accent. She still remains unemotional " I do no understand 'restricted' I am garden woman. You see?" she asked, she reached into her pocket, and through Maureens magic created a fake certificate confirming that she was, in fact, a gardener. (Although, it was in truth a fake.)

"Never seen you around before." Namari's eyes narrowed. "Besides, we have specific gardeners allowed in here currently, I appologize. You are not allowed to be here. Didn't the other gardeners tell you this? Ahh, dear..."
"Ahh, no, I am sorry. They told me to start work right away. So I did, and they all left!" As Lorelei said this, Maureens magic surged through her, making all the other workers nearby leave. None were in sight, but she didn't want her lie to be seen through.
"So, now, I must work very hard! They told me to and so I must not let them down."

"I appologize but you still can't work here. The gardens are only to be attended to by the workers whom we've went through." Namari placed a hand on her hip.
Lorelei tilted her head. " Really? They have told me otherwise. You see, they have already interviewed and approved of me." she said, pointing to the small red stamp mark on her sheet. " They told me to get right to work. I must not let them down. They have told me what to do."

"They do not have the authority to do that." Namari scratched the back of her head. "How the hell did you get the stamp...? Never mind, I suppose that isnt your fault. Still, You can't work here currently. You will still get paid none-the-less though, you just can't be here."
"Oh, a million times, I thank you! I will work as soon as you may let me." Lorelei bowed, trying to smile as best she could. My apologies, mama. I will steal the golden watering can as soon as they let me work as a gardener. Until then, please wait patiently.
Lorelei shrugged. " I love flowers and heard that your king has a taste so lovely that it rivals even the garden of Paineston." she lied, she had heard that but was uninterested in just the flowers.
Lorelei nodded. "Although, I was hoping to find some tools to better maintain these plants. It does not seem like there are many here. Certainly not all the ones it would take to properly care for such a large garden."

"Well, maybe you should try looking in the shed, in the back." Namari shrugged. "Do you have a key? I could open it for you, let you grab stuff and then close it again."
