Namari cocked an eyebrow, "Is it so unbelievable? My father owned half the country, the person I had to marries father owned the other half. They wanted to become one whole kingdom."
She sighed. "I would have married the guy, but I was already in love." she stopped talking, mouth hanging open. Why was she telling someone she barely knew this? Let alone Phillis.

"Are you still in love with that person?" Phillis asked. He had no idea why he was so curious. Probably because Namari was so strong she seemed unreal, so it was interesting to hear about her actual life.

"To love a corpse..." she muttered to herself, "Yeah, I still love them. Peter, actually. My father would have let me be with anyone I wanted in our kingdom, except for Peter. The country was pure elven, we believed ourselves superior. Peter was half elf, half human."

Namari narrowed her eyes, "Yes...I suppose...why are you asking these questions?" she grumbled. She couldnt care less who knew her story, she would tell anyone who asked, but Phillis dug deeper and deeper into her life, making her frustrated little by little.

Time to turn the tables. "I've told you quite a bit about my past. Why don't you tell me a bit about yours?" Namari smirked, interested. Though she wondered what he meant by 'someone like you.'

"Oh, uhm. It's very simple really, I grew up in a country far from here, and I got bored of it and moved. It was a very mediocre life, actually. Very simple. " Phillis answered, a little too quickly.

Namari stared at Phillis for a moment, before sighing. "Look; the whole, 'I'm a completely normal guy' bullshit might work on other people, but not me. I told you quite a lot."
She smirked, before adding, "did you tell your boy-toy Dante the same thing?"

"Doesnt have to be sad, kid, just has to be more than nothing." she stood up, also. "And calm down. Sorry if bringing up your boyfriend offended you." Namari smirked.

Phillis huffed angrily as he sat back down. " You're pretty talented at pissing people off." He said, as he usually managed to keep his cool for much longer.

"It's a gift I do not mean to use most of the time." she shrugged, sitting down beside the boy. "And just picture it, now when you hang out with Dante this conversation will be all you're thinking about!" Namari smiled, placing her hands at the back of her head.

"Oh god." Phillis said, as he realized it would happen. It would be the last thing he'd want to think about in front of Dante. " You just ruined what could have been a completely innocent platonic relationship."

"Yeah, I destroyed all hopes for that. Though I made the thought of a relationship with two lovers," she smirked. "It'll happen. And when it does, you'll owe me an appology."

"I call bullshit." Namari laughed. Even if she was wrong, there was no way in hell she would appologize. Not if Peter himself came out of the grave and asked her to. Well, maybe.
