Dax observed Dani for a moment his face unchanging. Then he looked back at Xavier. "Dax, Other than three letters that's all to a Crux's name." He looks back at Dani. "So since we're going to be a team, what exactly are you good at other than being easy to follow?" Dax asked, his face still showing no emotion whatsoever.

Not wanting to share any of her strengths or abilities, she smiled at Dax and said cheerfully once more, "I'm good at shoving a foot up your ass. I've never been caught, thank you very much, and there's a lot more to me than you would think."
(( I'm sorry for swearing so much my friends XDDD I think I've taken to making her say very rude things with even the slightest not-nice thing said to her! ))
"Other than a short-temper and mediocre skills, no I don't think there is much to you." Dax says. "Just remember that when they put you in the brazen bull and have you roast to death, while your screams of agony come out as nothing more than musical notes." He looked at Xavier. "I tell you right now, I don't have patience for failure. It's not an option when it comes to this. I'm a shadow Crux, I've been trained in stealth since the day I was born."

"Say what you wish, it isnt like you know me," Dani tried calming down a little. No use trying to start fights, if she got into the guild there was no use fighting with a could-be member. She looked at Xavier and smiled apologetically.
"Not knowing you is the problem. Doing small raids on houses will only take you so far and eventually..you will get caught. There's more to being a thief than just hiding in the shadows and taking things that aren't yours. A rival thief could easily spot you and rat you out to a guard just based on how you look, how you act, and where you are. And from what I saw, it didn't take much for Xavier to realize you were a thief, am i wrong? Just take a look at yourself....what's a girl your age and in those clothes, doing out at this time, carrying a bag and a smile on her face?" He paused. "You're decent, I'll give you that, but your sloppy, you telegraph all your actions and you don't plan ahead."

"If you really think I'm this horrible, then teach me," the girl smirked. "You can only complain after you've seen what I can do, and seen if someone could teach me to do 'better!'"
Dani's thoughts were simple. She was more poking fun with the crux than anything.
Xavier had returned Dani's apologetic smile and was really at a loss for words as the two continued to bicker. "I must leave you now. I don't seemed to have given my name to you, although I don't foresee you needing to know, you may call me Enoch." he had no problem with using his old name. It had become popular with many criminals ever since he had 'died' and very few knew he and Xavier Dosise were one. With all the 'Enochs' running aroun it would be a safe name to use.
((lol whoops XD let's just say Dax has a long history with a guild in Tetra))
Dax stared at Dani for a moment. "One does not simply teach someone how to be a thief...especially when that thief is someone like you. An ill-tempered, unprofessional street rat. This is strictly business, not personal. If revenge or anger is going to be your response to negative situations then that makes you a liability." He sighed. "But I suppose even rats can be taught something. Here's your first lesson, if you're going to play a mental game with someone, don't curse at them and then ask for there help not three minutes later."

Dani gave off a sly grin, "When someone doesn't have anything to loose, they do not really care what they say or do. If I get into the guild then I certainly do have something to loose, now don't I?"
The neko girl turned to Enoch with a more kind smile, "Well, Enoch, thank you for offering me a place in the guild. I do appreciate it, and hope to hear from you soon." She swung her backpack off of her shoulder and gave it to Enoch with a grin. "Here, there's a bunch of stuff you can sell in it. It should help get the guild together! And even if I don't get in, keep it. I can always get more."
Enoch nodded in approval of the bag, "It wil be used well. Thank you." he began to make his way into the darkest area of the room, where he would exit.
