Namari gave a soft smile and nodded. "Thank you Roe. I appreciate it very much." She looked at Walter and Roland as well, "I appreciate you two helping me as well. I don't know what I would do without you all."
Roe closed his eyes and made a sound from his throat. (kinda like the 'hmph' sound that people do when they mean it as a no problem kinda thing.) "After you, my queen."
Roland studied the elf name's Roe. His characteristics were similar to many of the high elf's but the only true match was a Blood elf. He had only heard of them from legends, most of he forgot. He knew they were skilled in fighting and used weapons that doubled as magic aid.
He became confused, "Wait are we going out to the outside stage or are the people coming inside?" he asked the queen.

"Not all will be able to come in here, so to speak on the outer stage would be the best idea. We shall go out in one moment, just let a bit more people gather," Namari looked to outside with nervousness. And with it came courage and determination.
Xeon sat outside waiting. He dreaded this meeting because he had a feeling it wasn't what he wanted to hear. A day ago he was the leader of the Hydra, but when the group decided to convince Winston to kill his brother, Phillis, he would have none of it. Tried to persuade them that they should drop the idea but it was no use. Instead he had learned that they had already done it! He quit and rushed to Avaleur to try and warn Phillis, he was his favorite Von Christ, maybe even his favorite person. Well besides himself. When even he was not let into the castle he feared the worst. Now he was shaking anxious for the meeting.
Theno had wound his way through the crowd in his robe with the hood up. He had come all the way from Hollow to see this, and wasn't gonna miss a moment. He found himself next to a man in white with long hair and a sword. He was shaking for some reason, but Theno ignored it. Maybe something about this elf queen would help him remember. It was highly unlikely, but any shot was worth a shot.

"...alright, I must not dilly-dally. To keep my people waiting is a bad idea," she gulped down the lump in her throat and turned to the people in the room. "Alright, anyone who wants to stay can stay, anyone who wants to join me can join." Without a second wasted, she put on a smile. A true smile. And walked onto the balcony.
She looked down at the people, a bit nervous. But she stood as straight as she could, and looked at them with politeness. Some noticed her and looked up. Others were too busy with the rumors.
"Attention, citizens of Avaleur! I welcome you all to this very important gathering, in which I have very important news to tell you!" she called out loud and strong, waiting for the attention of the crowd below her.
Roland followed Namari right out and stood on her right side, arms held behind his back. His armor was fixed from the war with an small etching of a lion head on his breastplate, over his heart. On the back shoulder plates where etchings of wings, to represent Kavanah, the fallen knight.
Roe followed after both of them, a little behind, and took a place directly next to Namari on her left. He smiled to himself a bit, thinking back to his short time as a bodyguard for a king. He glanced at Roland and saw the loyalty in his eyes and how he stood, then he looked at Namari and saw her fierce determination to lead these people no matter the odds. Roe looked out over the crowd with a smile and promised himself that he'd stay next to her side until she dismissed him forever.

Everyone seemed to quiet down fast, and Namari looked out across the people of Avaleur for a quick moment before continuing. "Many of you have heard the rumor that king Phillis Von Christ is dead. I have come here to confirm these rumors. He was assassinated in the throne room in the night a few days ago. He was found soon after. We do not know where the killer is, or who it is."
She cleared her throat quickly, before continuing, "The king will be missed dearly, this I know. And I will stop at nothing to find the thing who killed Phillis and give them justice. He was the first king in many years, and he will be remembered for years to follow. He did good for this town, the best he could. And I respect what he did for this city. Phillis was important to a lot of people."

Walter looked at Namari speak for a moment, before turning to face Cecilia. He smiled softly at the girl, and sat on the ground with his legs straight out, leaning against the wall. He motioned for Cecilia to come sit on his lap. "No crying, Cece, everything will be okay...you hear what Namari is saying? Phillis will never be forgotten, he will always be in our hearts," he spoke softly as he watched the young princess.
Cecilia sniffled as she sat on Walters lap. It made her feel a little more comfortable, more relaxed. He was around the same size Phillis was. She held back her tears, but she knew the second she was alone she would be able to cry her heart out all over again. "Okay." she muffled quietly, as she buried her face in Walters chest. He was comfy.
Xeon's heart broke when he heard the words... He was dead. And all because of the twisted minds of his brother's advisors. Whispering evil thoughts into his head and making the illogical sound logical. The wrong sound right. Soon they would seem someone after him. No one leaves the Black Hyrda, but Enoch had done it. So perhaps he could as well. Maybe even find him and... And what? He was useless now that he quit his ties with Paineston...
Roe looked the crowd over and saw the hooded man as well as the silver haired one next to him. The hooded man worried him most. Was he the killer? Roe put his hands behind his back and tore off one of the cufflinks from his sleeve. Then he flicked it at Roland and hit him on the ear. He had to bring this to the attention of the hand, after all.

The elven woman was too focused on the crowd, too concentrated on her speech to notice anything that Roe or Roland were doing.
The woman let the news settle in for a moment, before continuing, "Although we will grieve his death, we must not let this be our fall. We will stay strong, and show those around us we do not fear them. Another important topic I must speak with you all about, is the fate of the city. Our next ruler. In his will, the king has left the details as to whom will rule Avaleur."
"I stand before you today, no longer the hand of the king. I stand before you as the person Phillis has chosen to rule our city, the person he chose to make the people safe. I stand before you as the new ruler, the queen of Avaleur," she still stood straight and tall, but nervous as to how the people would react. Maybe they would not want her as their ruler. Maybe they would not a ruler at all. But she was determined to make Avaleur a great kingdom again.

Theno listened to the new queen as she made the announcement. The crowd was silent for what seemed like an eternity, then somebody in back started clapping. Like it was the straw that broke the camel's back, the entire crowd burst into cheering. Theno smiled, then looked around. The man next to him was still shaking a bit, and there were a few men and women here and there that didn't seem all too happy about the new ruler. Theno sniggered a bit and looked directly at the queen. She had one arm and a bunch of scars.
"A warrior queen huh? Oh, this'll be fun." He said.
Yes! Roe got his attention. With a slight tilt of his head, he motioned at the hooded man in the front of the crowd. He really hoped he came to a somewhat similar conclusion as Roe had.
Roland looked to where Roe had motioned with his head. There stood a man with long hair and he was fairly tall. He thought perhaps he had seen him at the castle a few times. Then he realized he was probably motioning to the one next to him. A hooded man that was basically completely covered, for an instant he thought killer but no one knew who he or she was other than evidence showed it was a werewolf. So why would the killer hide if they did show up? It could be just a way of hiding themselves from themself. A kind of mental satisfaction, and it was hard to tell if this person was a werewolf because of the covering. They couldn't rule them out but not in either.
As he looked around several people wore cloaks, but few wore them with its hood up. He turned back to Roe and shrugged. The was no use making a scene when evidence against that person was based only on a cloak. Especially since the killer would no have to hide their face.
