Everyone but Sanaki, Dax, Dani and Devan had left the pub. That was sort of a given. Dani still stood at the door, and couldn't help but rudely speak to Dax, "It's waitress, not waiter!" She couldn't help but feel relieved seeing him though. She didn't really know Sanaki, but the two fighting together she at least knew it was more of a chance they wouldn't get hurt. She wanted to help, but she couldn't. She could steal. She could kill someone when they weren't looking. She could not fight what-so-ever.
"Just don't get hurt!" she told the two, as she watched Dax's clone go towards Devan.
Devan was a a giant, so naturally a big target for the fire swings from Sanaki, he tried avoiding them but of course he only avoided the blunt of them. Now with this other 'hero', Devan was forced to do what he hated, avoid the attacks and go on the defense. The exit he was going to use was on the other side of the pub, since he had practically destroyed the other. He knocked over accidentally at first but then purposely the drinks that people left practically full. Some he even sliced with his sword, in between blocking the shadow clone of course. He grumbled, "So I guess everyone wants to be a hero nowadays."
Sanaki glared at the other person in the room with his feet on the table, he somehow knows him but he would rather not remember at this point and time, also insulting his cheesy comments and calling him stupid just increased his bad mood, as if a sword in the arm wasn't enough, he opened his mouth to say something but withdrew from it having another enemy right now would just be working against him.
his arm still dripping blood he sent another fireball in Devan's direction "hero? HAH! i just want you dead is all, but being a 'hero' works too" he called out charging in Devan's direction, ready to slash with his sword.
Devan smiled, his sword dripped with alcohol as well as basically the entire pub. As the fireball approached he blocked it with his sword and it ignited into flames. His sword now flame covered he smirked even larger, "It'll have to wait for another time." he threw the blade down before Sanaki reached him and the flames began to quickly spread throughout the pub, exploding glasses of beer and getting ever closer to the highly explosive kegs and hard liquor behind the bar. Flames separated the two and as Devan left he made sure to make getting out much harder by slamming the door closed and ripping pieces of the wall off to block it up. (of course the Crux could possibly teleport out but he didn't know much about Crux).
Devan began to walk out if town toward the wilderness, it was getting late and he was tired.
Dax was still emotionless as the Pub was beginning to quickly be engulfed in flames. He sighed and looked at Sanaki. "Hey hot-head, you're not going to catch him. A guy like that won't be brought down in one night, pursuing him will only get you killed." Dax's clone turned and raised its sword at Sanaki. "So let me rephrase," Dax said. "You're done. Finished. Go home, you're fight is over. Let the giant escape, it's only making things so much easier." The clone sinks into the ground and vanishes as the fire keeps spreading, nearly covering half the pub. He looked over to Dani. "Alright waitress are you ready to go catch a giant? Forget about this guy, if he was dumb enough to get into a fight with a serial killer, then he's probably useless anyway." He looked at Sanaki. "Why I bet he couldn't even break us all out of here if he tried." He folded his arms as the flames from the smoke began to fill the air.
Sanaki backed up as flames burst up from the ground almost throwing him off balance as he stopped dead in his tracks, the fleeing Devan instantly brought calmness back into Sanaki's life as he surveyed the situation, fire...how lovely, the part that hurt him most was that he caused this...well most of it.
Noticing he was still hurt he healed wound in a instance, as the other person's comments rolled out he hardly cared turning towards the man unfazed he sheathed his sword "i hardly saw you fighting there 'pal' maybe get your own hands dirty before lecturing others, you won't get anywhere letting others fight for you" he replied motioning to where the clone used to be; snapping his fingers with his right hand while opening his left water slowly filled areas where the fire was submerging it completely in some parts while drawing the liquor out into a single spot on the floor.
Waving goodbye he removed part of a damaged wall that was low enough for him to duck under but still kept the foundation intact, in which he headed home eager for a nap instead of drinking after that ordeal.
((sorry for this kind of response it pretty bad i know, but its 3 A.M so this the best i can come up with let me know if you want me to change because of something i missed))

Dani stared at where Sanaki had left, then turned to Dax, "But at least he was trying to help, right? I'd probably be dead by now if he hadn't shown up. Besides, I did nothing. If anything, you should be complaining at me." She walked closer to Dax as the flames got closer, a frown on her face.
"But yeah, yeah I'm ready to leave." Dani crossed her arms together as she looked at the pub. "And thank you for being here."
Before Devan entered the woods he turned to see his handiwork. He frowned slightly, "Magician, should have known.." most of the pub was put out and the flames that remained would die out in the rain. He sighed again as he felt it start to rain, looks like he would be sleeping under a tree again. And he so hoped for a starry night..
Dax remained emotionless as Sanaki made his way out and then he turned to Dani. "Well now that he's out of the way, you want to go catch the guy who just tried to have your limbs torn off one by one?" Dax got his feet off the table and stood up. "That clone wasn't for my health, it put a orb of shadows on him...a tracking device used by shadow Crux. All those attacks were obviously a diversion and the ding-dong who just left made this so much easier for us, and make no mistake waitress, we are not friends. This changes nothing." Dax says coldly. "Now, The Shifter has put out a large bounty to capture that giant alive. A bag of gold. We can split it even, what do you say?" Dax offers.
'Partners' The word brought back a memory in Dax's mind, he looked down for a moment, a little despondent, but then shook it off. "Alright..." He says. "Well obviously he walked out that way...which means we'd be running right into a trap if we go that way." Dax lifts his arm and corrodes a wall with darkness. The wall crumbles and disintegrates. "I give this place a week before it closes down." He jokes. "After you." He gestures for Dani to go.

"There's a lot of people who like to drink here, including rich people. I'm sure they'll open up soon, or at least I hope. I was liking this job," Dani shrugged, but proceeded to walk through.
