Alright...this might be a slight hassle, but I do hope you all don't mind.

Basically, I want to switch from random anime pictures of characters, to play-bys. What's that, you might ask? A play-by is an actor that you choose to basically play your character. Actor, actress, famous person, even someone you know. This way there are no duplicates. Lets say I have a character that has a play-by called Bob Mark (( not actually a person I know )). No one else can have their character be Bob Mark.

The list would be updated by me, and it's first come, first serve. There are many people you can use as play-by's, so no worries about not finding your character. It's not too hard : )

If this does get approved, then you have no time limit on picking a play-by. In fact, you never have to pick one. If your character is not human, such as a crux where there is no human features in the slightest, then feel free to stay with your original picture if you have one.

This is just an easier way to make sure no character pictures are taken. Of course, feel free to use anime/cartoon/whatever pictures to illustrate what you mean (( examples- scenary, NPC's, story characters, etc ))

Haha, elaborate more! Would you like us to use play-by's, or not? Are you confused about the whole concept of play-by's?

no i don't think i would, i mean as an option sure, but as a all aroundthing no, i mean it is just too hard to depict a person's character with play-bys. as for the same picture thing, it may happen sometimes by even play-bys have people who look alike so i think it almost makes it more real. now as long as the pic is a tad bit changed that is. so do i check no lol XD

The issue with whatever picture you want, is that I can't keep track. With play-by's, sure someone might look similar but it's a different person. Whereas with just random pictures you find people can use those too, because I can't keep looking back and checking what every character looks like sadly XD

I wouldn't mark it as anything if I were you, really. I mean, it is still an option. You don't have to do that if we decide yes. You can keep to just random images you find. I just know that a lot of people prefer play-by's, and it might attract a little more members.

What do you mean? At the moment there are no play-by's, but if it does get approved then it is an option. No one will have to pick a play-by. They can keep their pictures and the like. It will be an option, either no picture, anime/cartoon/whatever picture, or a play-by : )

oh so you mean right now at this moment there isn't the option for play-by? well than i suppose i am pro choice on this subject! XD

Not an option yet : ) It will probably be made an option, but if enough people say no and I get at least a few good reasons, it might be scrapped all-together.

It was, but this is more of an organized way. That if you do want to use real pictures you can tell me the person they are and I'll write them in the play-by list. Once I do that, they're all yours : D
