"Nope, not at all. I'm a pretty passive person. Wouldn't get involved with a fight if I didn't have to," Jordan smiled. Sure there were a few times where he didn't have to. The festival was a good example, when he attacked Steele, then Goria.
"There something I should know about that isn't common knowledge?" the man asked, looking over his shoulder at Delliks as they trekked through the woods.
"Well no that it isn't common knowledge, it is just often forgotten. An obvious truth that for some reason is never remembered. There is a very good chance you may see women or children, caged like animals it used to feed lustful desires. It may be a bit of a disturbing sight."

Jordan nodded slowly, pursing his lips.
"I hadn't thought of that...lets hope that all of them are alive, if there are any. We can take them back to town," the boy was determined to help these people now.
Delliks stopped for a moment to gather a bit of snow and form a few snowballs. If they were outnumbered and no children or women were there, Jordan would possibly need help somehow.
"I am afraid with how the weather is getting to be..." he didn't finish, best to keep thislngs positive. "So tell me Jordan, one so cold as yourself, do you eve get chills? Catch a cold? Or do you always have one, maybe two?" he asked trying to lighten the mood.

"Never got a cold in my life. There was one winter that would kill anything not meant for the cold back at home, and the town was worried, people were feeling a bit cold. We're not meant to feel cold, at all. Luckily no one that wasn't an ice elemental felt the cold of that winter, or so we believe. Let's just hope I never feel cold again!" Jordan laughed.
"Hell, it took most of us a minute to realize we were cold. We didn't know the feeling," he finished with a shrug and a smile. Looking at Delliks once more he asked, "Is this weather too cold for you, might I ask? You seem to dislike it."

"Well, you could always rest up in an inn. And if you can't find one of those, there's always caves and stuff lying around. Mostly. Hopefully this winter hasn't been too bad to you," Jordan said. He hopped over a log, and saw some light in the distance. They were getting close. Jordan took the bow off of his back, hanging it loosely at his side.
Delliks placed the snowballs in his hands at the ready. "Nah, I can survive this. But not having to keep a fire going all night is more pleasurable eh?"

Jordan chuckled. "I've never had the need to use fire as a heat sourse, other than cooking food and such. Though I prefer cold foods."
"I do hope the Avaleur summers are not too bad, though. I could get real sick from that," he pursed his lips, wondering how the summer would be. They neared the camp more, and no noise was heard. Savor for a few footsteps occasionally. "How do you suppose we should enter?" the elemental muttered, slowing down the speed he was walking and drawing an arrow.

"Onwards it is, then," Jordan laughed, standing up straight, bow at the ready as they neared the camp.
Closer to the entrance Jordan heard shuffling. As if they were trying to hide. Still, Jordan walked on. He was about to enter the camp, before he noticed something. He swung his arm out in front of Delliks, stopping him from movement, and pointed down. A trip wire. Jordan shook his head, stepping over the wire before entering the camp, looking around.
There were a few long-standing tents, those of which were meant to last. It was clear this was their long lasting home. A few horses hooked up on some poles, a few cages. There were about five women and three children. All were shivering, all were asleep. Probably wishing to have seen better days. In one of the cages, a women was dead still. No rise or fall in the chest. Dead, of course. In the middle of the camp was a fire pit, surrounded by rocks and logs to sit on. It seemed to be a nice little camp, if not for belonging to bandits.
Deciding he would look around for the bandits, Jordan took another step forward. As soon as he set his foot down a rope ensnared itself around Jordan's ankle, and he was soon swinging by a rope from a tree. About eight bandits emerged, all having some sort of weapon. Bows and arrows, swords, axes, spears. Jordan drew back his arrow and hit one in the head. The bandit fell to the snowy forest ground, dead.
The remaining seven went either towards Jordan or Delliks. One was close enough to Jordan, so Jordan used the sharp end of his bow and swiped it at him, smacking the bandit in the face.
Delliks frowned, it really was a shame... Sometimes his oath got him into a pickle, he could help Jordan but the ones after him... Nothing. Delliks let the ones get close to him and the shrugged, "Might as well see what it does eh?" he asked to them as he looked on the ground. He intentionally stepped on the wire and waited curious to see what would happen.

A bunch of barrels held up by a net dropped, and crashed down on a few of the bandits, some of them stepping back in time. a few of the barrels rolled slowly towards Delliks, and the other bandits walked around the barrels and lunged at Delliks.
Those under the barrels groaned, unfit to fight as they lay down, trying to push the barrels off of them. One of the caged women opened their eyes, and instinctively wrapped herself closely to her blanket. Upon spotting Jordan and Delliks, her eyes grew wide and she nudged some of the other women awake, and they watched in a sort of fear. They feared for the boys.
The man Jordan lashed out at was red in the face angry, blood dripping from his face. He grabbed his axe and swung it at Jordan.
The elemental pulled himself up, and, with a small blade in his boot he quickly cut through the slightly thin rope. He landed with a thump on the ground, and shut his eyes. Landing straight on his back, it had to hurt, even if just a little.
Still, Jordan slowly got up and created a longsword made of ice, as hard as he could make it without being in his elemental form. He then prepared for the attack, as the three foes he faced approached.
Delliks wondered why none had seemed to fall on him. A poor trap? Or was it designed to crush people walking forward rather than backward. He shrugged jumping back to avoid the sharp tip of the sword. As if on cue a barrel attached to a rope swing down from where delliks once stood. "Oh, now it makes much more since." he smirked watching the barrel. It crashed into the bandits wrist and sword sending it flying into the snow. Now he would just evade until... Well until he got hit he supposed.

Two bandits lashed out at Jordan, while the other approached. Jordan ducked down, nearly getting his head chopped off, and lunged at the one approaching. Instead of attacking him, Jordan moved behind him, right as another bandit went to stab Jordan. It went right through the one bandit, and Jordan sighed. One down, two to go.
The one that got his wrist hit blenched his teeth, but instead of giving up he took a dagger out with his other hand and lunged at Delliks, as the ones under the barrels pushed them off of them. The last also went towards Delliks.
Delliks frowned dodging the slash ifth dagger and then he turned and ran, he ran all around the camp, the bandits always seemingly close behind him. He eventually ran by the cages, "Do not worry M'Ladies...." he ran last and a few minutes later he ran by again, "We are here..." he had passed again eventually circled back around, "To help you!" he stopped to look and smile at them but the quickly approaching bandits made him have to leave, "An amazing cardio today eh?" he raised his eyebrows and his eyes got wide he barely lean out of the way in time as the bandit had started throwing knives, "See you soon!" he took off again.

The bandits chasing Delliks were getting thoroughly annoyed. Jordan himself laughed as he spotted Delliks running around the camp. Once again his head almost got chopped right off with an axe. Backing up enough that the guys attempted to rush at him, he placed a layer of ice beneath their feet, making them trip. He then held them down with more ice, making them not able to move about while their hands and legs were practically tied down.
He turned to Delliks and yelled, "Want me to trip 'em for you?"

Jordan laughed, slipping some ice under the four bandits. they slid a bit before falling. The one with knives threw a few more before Jordan managed to trap their hands and feet onto the ice.
Delliks turned around to see the knives flying towards him, things seemed to slow down in his eyes. He saw the end result, one in his side, another in his shoulder, and the last in his chest dead center. Things came back to real speed and Delliks jumped to the side and only the one that would have hit him in the cheat entered into his upper arm.
