Dani slowly nodded her head, "I suppose I agree..." As they walked her ankle began to hurt. She assumed it was because of jumping off the back of that big fat head back there. She tried to ignore it, knowing it was probably a strain, but she was walking sort of funny.
"Hopefully the guy living there now isn't a threat," she stated as she hobbled along, completely ignoring her ankle.

"Nope not hurt," she stated bluntly as if there wasn't anything wrong, continuing to walk and not look at Dosise. "Is it someone I know who works there? I'd think Kyle would have too much of a low temper to want to deal with these people."
"I highly doubt you know him, but we can meet him if you'd like. Just understand something..." he pauses for a moment to try and get the best words. "I said friend because I need him to think that. He is very dangerous, and he is only not a threat because if needed I could dispose of him quickly because of this 'friendship'." he explained to her as best he could.

Dani was slightly relieved that he ignored her limping, and nodded. "I assumed as much. Let's just hope he doesn't say anything rude, and if he does that I can hold my tongue," she teased. Though she was being serious.
"Lead the way, my friend," she stated with a large grin.
That tease was not really reassuring, but none the less he laughed. They continued on their way following the path until they reached the big tent. A rather large man guarded the entrance, he only had one eye left and sense he was shirtless you could see a long and thick scar covering the entirety of his chest, starting from his peck and ending at the other side's hip. Enoch started the talking, "We request a meeting with Amos." The block of a man looked them over, "Wait here..." he entered the tent and the two were left to wait.

Dani admired the back of the shirtless man as he walked away, trying to do it nonchalantly. Normally she was surrounded by drunk ugly men at the pub. Flabby, show offs, perverted people. Being here was a nice change. At least here at the bandit camp there was a lot more variety in people.
"Don't worry, I'm not about to ruin this for you. I'm not that mean," she attempted to reassure, placing a hand on Xavier's shoulder. She had noted his uneasiness, so she tried to help him out.
The man returned and he continued the process by frisking the two, Enoch's knives were taken off and anything else that he could find on the two were placed in a pile next to the entrance. He then moved the thick cloth that served as a door and motioned for them to go in, "Jerad will see you now."
The two walked into the fairly dark tent. The smell of the fire and roasting meat over it filled the tent and now their noses. In the corner was hung a picture of Kendryek, the one who long ago lead what was a destrutive force of bandit in Guerre, skins and weapons littered the tent as well as treasures and gold. A few women were also in the tent, and across from them on the other side of the fire sat Jerad. He had longer black hair that covered half of his face as it hung mostly on one side and also hide part of an eyepatch. He too was shirtless and his finely toned body shined from the light of the fire. He placed a bone from the dear in a pan and wiped his hands off and mouth before speaking. "You have been away from the camp for so long I was beginning to fear you had been gutted." he smirked and a silver tooth reflected the fire's light. "Who is the lass?"

(( I can't help it LOL I suppose Dani likes to check guys out or something ))
He looked deadly, as Dosise had said. Deadly, but good looking.
She looked around the area, amused at the sight of the women but more amused at the big tent. It was more like a nobles house, like the one Stacy's parents resided in. But even the nobles house back in her hometown was smaller than this. What could she say, Littlebay was a tiny town.
She smiled politely and slightly bowed, careful about what she did. She didn't want to ruin anything. "Danielle Otis. Pleasure to meet you."

((haha, yeah that is one of the reasons I made him shirtless))
"No I am still alive for now.." Enoch stated as Jerad began to walk around the fire, to were the two of them were. "And you have taken to masks I see. I suppose when the world is hunting you it is for the best..." he seemed to almost glare at him for a moment as he finally was within reaching distance from them. He turned to Dani though and offered to take her hand with his. He kissed it gently, "Always a pleasure to meet a fine women. I am Jerad, I doubt I am talked about often, Enoch would hate for me to steal away his company, especially one that comes in such a beautiful package like yourself." He looked up at and into her eyes and for a moment at her ears, he studied every bit of her he could. Enoch looked around the tent, checking surroundings, the girls were not all human, some were half breeds and one had a tail, he couldn't tell what kind however.

(( LOL Oh my I just noticed this, 'checking out' the competition XD I can't stop laughing... ))
Dani blushed but grinned, giggling slightly. "You're quite the charmer," she stated with a smile. "Though I assure you I doubt I am much company." Yes, he was quite the charmer, and if her ears had been human ears they would probably be red. She kept her composure, leaning more on her good ankle as they stood. Why she was flirting with the leader of a group of bandits she did not know. Though, even as the man in front of her admired her, which she surely appreciated, her eyes had to dart to Dosise and become a little jealous. When he looked at the girls, some batted their eyelashes at him. It made her feel uneasy, jealous, though she had no idea why. Sure, Dosise was an attractive man, but he was her boss. Stacy's lover, once. And besides, he was nice, attractive, a cool person. Obviously girls would stare at him and make goo-goo eyes. Of course Dani tried to ignore it, looking back at Jerad with a sweet smile. "I must thank you for the compliment though, Jerad."

Enoch noticed the various weapons lying around, the cooked dear meat next to where Jerad had been eating, a rolled up chart... But for what? A map of Guerre hung on one of the sides and a bed of course in one if the corners. It seemed to him that everything took place right here, pleasures, planning, eating, sleeping, everything that Jerad did was here, except jobs I course. He took no further notice to the women rather than that they were different in species and some had weapons concealed on them.
Jerad looked at Dani for a moment longer before he let go of her hand, "So what brings you two to my throne?" he asks smirking. Enoch was too busy trying to figure out what the charts and map meant that he missed hearing the question. His eyes widened under the mask, hopefully Dani would answer so that he didn't have to show that he was so disrespectful that he didn't even listen.

Dani smiled, replying without even realizing she was saving Xavier's ass. "Well, I ran into Enoch here and he told me he had a friend in the area. So we decided to visit. I dearly hope you weren't busy," she smiled slightly sheepishly.
Jerad chuckled lightly, "No, no of course not. I was just beginning my meal, you two care to join me?" he asked.
Enoch was relieved that Dani said something. "We would not want to be a bother, but I have no issues. Dani, I will leave it up to you, if you have other business to get to we can be off." he told her.
Jerad already began clearing room for the two, motioning some of the girls to clear the seats they were in so the two could sit.

"Oh not at all, I'd love to stay for dinner," she smiled up at Jerad. "I've no other plans."
She hoped that Jerad wouldn't be frustrated though, at the little fight she had managed to start. She took a quick glance at Xavier and smiled, before turning to Jerad. "Thank you for inviting us to stay, hopefully it's not too much of a hassle."
The women knew better than to argue, they quickly relocate themselves about the room while one began to fix up plates for Enoch and Dani. "Not at all, it in fact will be a great pleasure to have some intelligence around here." he took his seat and he brushed his hair with his hand just for a moment to reposition it right over his eyepatch. Enoch took the seat he figured he should have, the one across from Jerad, the other was set up almost right next to him. He removed a section Of his mask that would allow him to be able to eat. Herad watched this and chuckled shaking his head but refrained from saying anything. As soon as they were seated they were served wine and deer meat, as well as grapes.

Dani was comfortably sat next to Jerad, looking across the table. She took a lady-like sip of wine before turning to the leader of the camp.
"So how did you become the owner of this lovely home?" she grinned, looking over the food once more. It did look simple, and yet good all the same.
And she found it a little funny that Dosise would not remove his mask. Had Jerad ever seen his face? Dani assumed so. But she also assumed with the mask he was Enoch, and without it he was Xavier. Two different people. But how different were they really?
Enoch listened to the stories he had heard several times before... Jerad smiled as he lived to tell his tale, first he would start with a simple explanation and hope to snatch her attention so he could continue in detail, "Becoming the owner really is not as interesting of a story as one would guess, all you must really do is overpower and kill the previous one. The real story is in how I came to be here in Avaleur and how I came into this life style." Most of these women hadn't heard this story so they all sort of leaned in to hear.

"Ohh?" Dani smiled, leaning forward herself. She placed her elbow on the table, her chin resting on her hand as she listened intently. Still looking at Jerad she popped a grape into her mouth.
"Well please, now you have gripped a tight hold of my attention. Please continue," she grinned, eyes bright as she waited to hear.
Dani was always one for stories. Stacy and herself would always go camping in the woods by Littlebay, and they would tell stories by the fire. Sometimes it would be fictional stories, but other times they would bring up real tales. Of other people, of themselves. It was why they knew each other the best of all. And it always stuck with Dani. She still loved tales.
Jerad smiled, he ha gotten her attention well, "It all begins with my father. He was the one who always instilled the great sense of law and order in my bother and I. It didn't really hi us until one day.." he moved his hair away so his eyepatch could be seen, "I freak accident. My younger brother and I were shooting rocks with our slingshots pretending to have a war, I was always a bit more, innovative, finding the sharper rocks and sometimes even sharpening them more. Well as we were locked in battle I captured his troops and he was forced to surrender, I would take no prisoners that day and while he walked towards me I unleashed my wrath," he smiled fr a moment rembering his childhood, "One hit him square in the eye, and us being small scared children we tried to hide it and fix it ourselves, that only made it so it would be able to heal. When our father found out he only asked calmly who had done it and whose fault it was. It being mine he took me out back and gouged my eye out. 'An eye for an eye' was the law that governed us, and it still does. My father passed years later and I soon learned how to survive, me and my brother both. Stealing, killing, raiding, it all began to slowly grow more natural. I managed a small group in the wilderness of Paineston for some time and finally I decided to come here because the stories of Kendryek fueled my passion for type of life, this freedom in chaos."
