"...to be honest I don't know. I guess I don't have any dreams, really. Only reality," Dani pursed her lips, crossing her arms. "I don't have much planned out for me in life to be honest."
"That isn't such a bad thing. Maybe someday you will have plans and I will be there to scold you and make sure you don't quit them." he smirked air pointing her.

"Well someone's got to be there to push you! If not me then who?" she winked at him, sticking out her tongue before laughing. "I hope you're right though. The day I figure out what I want to do with my life I'll tell you. Though, I don't like quitters. Why would I quit if I don't like quitters?"

((Oh it's fine I have those moments sometimes lol))
An eyebrow was slightly raised at him when she noticed a different tone of skin, but she ignored it none the less. "So are you going to give me a tour of your house?" she teased giving out a slight tired yawn. "I'd love to see more of it. Seems pretty so far."
Xavier smiled laughing a bit. "There isn't much left to see but sure." he noticed her yawn, and upon looking up at the widows he noticed the sun had gone down. It was getting later. He moved toward the only other door besides the door to get in and out of his home. "Back here is the bedroom and a small bath." he stepped aside once he enter so he could see. It was a basic bedroom, a rather large bed and some animal fur here and there and one cabinet with a mirror that held his cloths and gear.

Dani peeked her head through. "Looks comfy. Cozy," she noted, as she examined the room. That bed seemed to be calling her, but she ignored it.
"One must wonder how such a man like yourself likes living here? I had assumed your house would be mansion size, with gold lining in everything. Not that there is anything wrong with your house, I do quite like it," her lips curved up in a smile as she leaned against the door frame.

"I don't know. You just seemed like you could have anything you wanted. Though that's not the case with anyone, more in objects for you I mean," Dani shrugged as she admired the room. "And that doesn't make much sense either, I mean, I guess I could be the same way. But I'm not."
"I dunno, just a surprise is all. Still better than my place!" the young woman laughed with a shrug.
"I would trade yours for mine if I didn't have an image that I am supposed to be upholding." he wondered if her place was far. If it was then he would have no issue with her staying. "Is your place far? It is getting rather late. If you need to stay you are welcomes to it." he offered it to her.

"I do believe it is far, but I don't want to be a hassle...if I'm not I'd love to stay though," the girl smiled sheepishly, rubbing the back of her head. Secretly she wanted to stay the night, even just once. Not just because her house was lonely, but her home definitely didn't feel welcoming. And even walking into Xavier's house the first time it felt more welcoming.
Xavier nodded, it was decide then. She would stay the night. "It is no hassle. Make yourself at home, here is where you can sleep, I will be on th couch in the other room if you need me." he smiled and waited a moment just incase there was anything she needed already.

"Me take the bed?" she was surprised yet again, before rapidly shaking her head. "Oh no I can't do that, you live here, I can sleep on the couch. It's fine!"
Xavier chuckled, "Now how could I say I am trying to become a better person if I would not let the fine young women have the bed." he smirked, "Of course you will have it. I insist." and with I insist he had sealed it, for he had not met anyone able to turn down, at least not effectively, I insist.

"And I insist you take your bed," she continued, giving him a smirk back, stepping forward so that she stood in front of him. "How could I let the fine young man such as yourself not rest in his own bed? I've slept on much worse than a fine couch, my good friend, I'll do fine."
He stepped foward so they were right next to each other. He was a little upset that she had the nerve to fire and I insist right back at him! "If you have slept on much worse then I would be even more of a rude and inconsiderate man if I allowed you anything somewhat comparable. The only sane thing would be for me to continue to urge you to take the bed." he continued to smirk. The two of them were very close to each other, both of them just inches apart. It sort of made Xavier feel warm and a almost tingly feeling was in his toes.

Dani smirked wider. This was fun. She got a bit closer, going on her tippy-toes so that she was right in his face. "You can't win against me Xavier, you know that, I'll just sleep on the floor if you're not in that bed tonight," she whispered, hands on her hips. She soon realized how close they were and she went red. But she'd be damned if she backed down now. Two stubborn people going at it, who would break first?
Xavier also turned red, he was sort of at a loss for words. "If you are not in that bed then I guess we will Both be one the floor tonight." he would not back down, and for some reason the idea of it made him happy. Like it was fun for them to be fighting over this.

She raised an eyebrow. "If you're not in that bed in five minutes, I guess I'm going to have to tackle you and drag you there!" She wanted to do two things at that moment. Move closer to him, their faces so close. And move away, but she couldn't back down to this challenge! Not to mention the first option was so tempting. But the girl stood still, thinking either would be a bad idea.
Maybe it was because if all te emotions of the day, maybe it was because of them being so close and it being so tempting, or maybe it was a desire, a want inside him to do it. He stepped that final step, he edges closer but ther was no more room to get closer. He kissed her. It was by no means a overpowering kiss, he didn't even now if she wanted or would accept it. His hands moved onto her waist.
