Checking Out the Competition

Her heart stopped for a split second, her face flushed, not knowing what to do for a moment. He kissed her. He really did. And she realized that was really what she wanted. Did she like him? It sure as shit felt like it.

Her eyes closed and she practically melted, killing him back gently and wrapping her arms around his neck.

It wasn't long before the inviting kiss transformed into a passionate one. Xavier picked Dani up by he waist and laid her down on the closest thing he could. The bed. Now they were kissing in the bed!
Xavier felt the rush of emotions. He hadn't really thought about all of this. Did he like Dani? Looking back he could see a slight bit of jealousy when Jerad was te center of her attention. His thoughts quickly came back on Dani and he continued to kiss he passionately.

Dani wasn't even thinking. She was too overwhelmed with what was happening. Butterflies in her stomach. She couldn't believe he kissed her!

She pulled back just a little, enough that she could talk for a quick moment. "Told you I could get you into bed," Dani huffed out, a small playful smile on her lips. Though she had to admit. Xavier was a pretty damn good kisser.

Xavier stopped for a moment smirking as he looked at her. "I guess you were right then."
He kissed her neck for a moment before continuing to kiss her on the lips.

She smiled as he she kissed him back, pulling him as close as she could to her.

She snuggled closer to him, letting out a sigh. "Told you I could get you into bed. Don't worry, I don't use that tactic on just anyone," she mumbled jokingly, yawning. "Though I'm awful surprised you kissed me. I didn't think you liked me like that, really. You're too mysterious to be able to figure out sometimes."

He snuggled closer to her as well. He moved a bit of her hair from her face and put it behind her ear. "Well I am glad I am special then." it was a cool. Ifth outside but the warm blankets of the bed kept them warm. "Too mysterious? You seemed to have figured it out just fine." he smirked, "I guess maybe a need to be more subtle with my hints."

"Please, I didn't figure it out, I was quite clueless. I'm just a big ol' flirt," she chimed, looking up at Dosise and smiling warmly.
"Though you can't say you didn't catch my hints. I was pretty damn obvious, I bet even Jerad knew."

Jerad... He truly hoped that man didn't know..
He smiled, "I may have picked up on a few."

Dani grinned widely, rolling slightly on top of Dosise with her hands under her chin, resting on his chest.
"Like what?" she asked, honestly not knowing. She was positive she had sent him hints- but that didn't mean she was aware of it herself most of the time.

Xavier chuckled. "Well how about how you were quite jealous in Jerads tent, you weren't too fond of them looking at me were you." he smirked. He was never for sure of she was jealous, but she looked sort of odd in the tent, he had learned to study emotions long enough to make a good guess.

"There were half naked woman staring at you, of course I was jealous," she defended herself, but couldn't help but make a cheeky grin.
"And what about you as Jerad flirted with me?" Dani retaliated. In her honest mind she didn't think he had been jealous. But now that she knew he was interested in her, maybe he had been a bit jealous? It was only a guess on her part, but a determined guess.

"If I would have thought he was truly attempting to get you then yes, I would have. But I think it was more of a test to see of you could be a weapon against me, so no I was not and tried my best to se indifferent."

"Too bad he isn't interested in me," she sighed dramatically, before grinning at Dosise and winking. "Just kidding. He's a charmer and he's cute, but he's not you."

Xavier smiled after not being for sure what to think. The sigh had almost got him. It was a joke yes he knew that but before he did she almost had him going. "Does that mean I'm not cute?" he asked in a safer tone to tease the girl.

She grinned, kissing his chest. "No, you can be. But you're mostly handsome. And a tad bit sexy, but that's besides the point," Dani winked, before kissing him quickly on the lips and resting her chin on her hands once more.
"Besides, I met the guy today. I doubt I'll see him again any time soon," she smiled softly. Jerad was definitely far past her mind now, as she lay in bed with Dosise.

He judged it far better to be handsome with a tad of sexy then to be cute. He was more than satisfied with that.
All he could really do was smile, smile at the girl and take in the moment. She and him, it felt good to be together.
He yawned slightly, "I am glad you drug me into bed." he winked at her with a smile.

She seemed to purr, shifting so that she was a slight bit more beside him, one arm on his chest the other under his neck and head.
"I'm glad too, Xavier. And...a quick question, though I don't enjoy it. Should we stay a secret?" Danielle asked. Though she knew part of the answer. She knew that, as Enoch, he would have to stay unattached. She was just unsure of his stance as Xavier, if they would have to stay a secret like that as well.

He hadn't even had time to think of that. It hadn't came across his mind yet. What was he to do. Of course as Enoch they wouldn't be able to be 'together' but as Xavier? Well he didn't see why not.
"I don't think we will need to be a secret. As Enoch yes but that is a given." he didn't want to take away any of her input though, "Unless you aren't okay with that, that is."

"I'm perfectly fine with that," she smiled, and with her hand that was on his chest brushed some hair out of his face.
"I agree, to be honest. As Enoch it would be a bad idea. But as Xavier, well, I didn't know if that mattered or not. I'm glad you don't want to keep me completely hidden, at least," she snuggled closer to him, a big smile on her face. Happy.

She get just about perfectly right there. His head over the top of hers. "Of course I don't want you hidden," he kissed the top of her head and te went back to having it rested over hers. His eyes started to shut as he began to fall asleep, tired from the day, and night's activities.
