Seth sighed to himself sitting in his usual spot in the forest to draw. Usually this spot was peaceful and relaxing, now it just seemed to hold painful memories. Seth had been deeply depressed since Dante's sacrifice and everyone who died in the town. Some of them were classmates. What was the point of it all. Dante's dream was to become the world's best sorcerer, he worked day in and day out training and putting his friends before himself and just like that, he's gone. Dante was the one who taught Seth stop being a coward and helped him mature. Tears rolled down his cheek and in frustrated grief yelled out "DAMN IT!"

Walter was walking through the forest, enjoying the breeze and fresh air, when he suddenly heard someone yell out. He looked around, and spotted a boy who was crying.
"Is everything all right?" Walter asked, coming up behind the boy.
Seth jumped. He didn't realize that someone else was there. "I'm fine." He said trying to wipe his tears away. "I just have something in my eyes." He lies but the tone of his voice points to depression.
"Seth." He says wiping his eyes with his sleeve. "My best friend died recently." In his mind he was replaying that night, how useless he felt, how brave Dante was. Maybe if he had done things differently Dante would've still been alive. Seth clenched his fists. He was so frustrated with himself. "Because of me he's dead!"
Death is apart of life yeah THAT makes it much better "My best friend sacrificed himself to bring back the...monster that killed all the people in the town center." Phillis may have forgiven Denzel and Seth didn't understand why. He held her in contempt for what she had done to all those people including Dante.

"I...met said 'monster.' She didnt seem too bad," Walter smiled. "But I understand that you would feel negative feelings towards her. But your friend wanted her to live, right?"
"If she didn't stab herself Dante would still be alive!" Seth said angrily. "If she didn't go Psycho Dante would still be alive! If she wasn't even here Dante would still be alive!" He looked down angrily. "If I wasn't so weak Dante would still be alive.."

"Now, now, lad, there was nothing you could do," Walter patted his shoulder. "I do see your point. Even if I do not agree, it's perfectly reasonable. But your friend... Dante, was it? He would have wanted you to accept her, I think."
Seth sighed. He was right. Dante would not have wanted Denzel to suffer because of his sacrifice. "I gu...I guess you're right." He says, "I'm sorry what's your name?" Seth says looking up for the first time.
