Kyle sat in the clearing of the forest, just a bit away from the town. 'today....'he thought. 'Today is THAT day'
It was his Birthday today. Not only that, it was the day he was abandoned, the day he was adopted, the day his adoptive family was murdered, and the day where he wishes he was dead. He regrets not doing anything to save his family, and he regrets having the will to live after that day.
In front of him, kyle had a bunch of drawings and paintings of his adopted family. "thank you, for everything." he whispered as a tear rolled down his cheek. snapping his fingers, the pictures burst into flame. He would regret doing that as well.
Felicity watched as the photos burnt quickly. "Wow. Pretty." she said, tip-toeing over. She twirled her fingers making one of the photos re-appear. "Your family?" she asked Kyle, holding the picture up as she looked at it.
Felicity floated in front of Kyle, facing him. " I don't believe you wanted to do that though. It's just too painful for you to think of them, isn't it?" she asked, as she set the picture down against a rock.

"Well, i guess you cant really call what im doing celebrating a birthday." (( his birthday was yesterday... but lets just pretend that its still his birthday XD ))
"Unfortunately? Why so unfortunate? It's a day to be celebrated, is it not?" Felicity asked. She was not sure. After all, not all people or creatures from Avaleur cared for birthdays or any type of holiday. A lot did not even acknowledge the day.

"i was never meant to live. My parents tried to prevent me from having a life when i was a a baby. they abandoned me. years later, and on my 10th or 11th birthday, my adopted family is murdered. its almost a cursed day."
"I don't think it's cursed at all. In fact, I think you should be even more grateful because afterall, you're still alive." Felicity said, sitting down. "It's not all so bad."
"Want to know the funny thing?" Felicity flew in front of Kyle, stopping him from walking away. " I do understand, very much so. And maybe if you stopped pitying yourself for one second, you'd understand too."
Felicity smiled creepily, looking him straight in the eyes as well. She seemed like a whole new person, one more mature, and much more malicious. " Darling, it's only the truth."
