Elle smiled, petting Squeeker as he nuzzled her. She was still surprised at the drastic change in size, though she supposed she shouldn’t be. Lenore, Aerin’s pet raven, could shift into a human form after all. She wondered if it was a mage thing, having weird pets. Or maybe secretly all mages were big softies at heart, and needed something to take care of.
“We should meet up again. I tend to be around the plaza when not in the woods. You could always check the shop too if you can’t find me anywhere else.” Elle said, stepping up to Squeeker and mounting him.
"Its a date Elle, I will find you soon! How about...tomorrow?" Asked Meryl stroking his chin with a smirk as he watched Elle. He gave her a wink and stretching softly before summoning his staff and twirling it softly bringing up wind energy magic around him again.
Squeeker let out a pleased growl shifting as she mounted him so she could be comfortable on his back, he looked up at Ell waiting for her to tell him to go.

“Tomorrow works!” Elle said, beaming at the mage. Maybe they’d go out for a drink, or something of the sort. She was fond of the pub. She gave a cute little wave to Meryl, before blowing him a kiss.
“Alright, Squeeker, ready when you are!” She said, grinning down at the drakeling. It seemed Aerin wasn’t the only one catching rides on dragons! She wished she could see the look on her parent’s faces when she wrote home about their twins riding creatures into the sky.
Meryl acted as though he caught the kiss only to the second after he done it, realized how idiotic he must have looked and coughed nervously. Squeeker raises his mighty wings quickly and with one good flap he was in the air and soaring off befitting the speed of a young dragonkind. "Now to my mission...the blind potions master will have to wait a bit..." Whispered Meryl folding his arms across his back.
