Preparations

[Sanaki]

Sanaki's eyes flew over from book to book he had several laid out on the ground he had to make sure he had the right materials for his next class, and to practice with so that he could show how it was done instead of making his students read over these books like he was doing; "I swear those kids will drive me to drink...oh wait they already did" he burst out laughing he had no problem talking as long as no one was around.

Rez had been interested in Avaleur's culture so naturally he ended up in the library. He was on the other side of the shelf that Sanaki was at. He couldn't help but chuckle as he heard his statement. He pulled a book out so he could see through, "Kids driving you crazy?"

[Sanaki]

Sanaki had nearly jumped out of his skin when he heard someone else talking "I-i u-um j-j-just y-yeah somet-thing like....." he could hardly talk he was half surprised and half shy to start talking, 'he heard what i said!? oh god OK just calm down and try to talk.'

"U-um hi who are y-you?" Sanaki managed to get the words out but still hadn't been able to get over his shyness

Rez chuckled at the stammering, "I'm sorry if I startled you, the name's Rez."

[Sanaki]

"N-no its okay i'm Sanaki nice to meet you" he replied extending his hand before realizing it would look silly to shake hands though a bookshelf, "so what might you be doing here besides listening to me sound like an idiot" he asked making his way around the bookshelf.

"Oh you didn't sound at all idiotic," he chuckled. "I am here studying, I'm new to town and I thought learning about it would be helpful."

[Sanaki]

"Ah so you and I have something in common then i recently got here myself, i'm currently teaching so i came here to get proper books and list of ingerdiants i'll be needing for my classes." he replied.

Rez smiled being reasurred now he knew he wasn't alone in the fact that he was new. "So you teach magic?" he asked after hearing ingredients.

[Sanaki]

"Yes indeed I do, I teach some basic magic but what i really excell in is healing magic" he answered "but i guess it is rude to brag, do your know any magic yourself?" he wondered

Rez chuckled, oh how to explain this. It would be quite difficult. "Yes I have mastered nearly all magics, just can't have a knowledge of them all at once. And here now I sound like the bragger." he shook his head. "It's hard to explain with words really."

[Sanaki]

Sanaki's head leaned to one side as if it would explain it better "So let me try to work this out, you have mastered 'nearly' every form, types and ways of magic, but you do not have the knowledge of magic in which to say you once knew the magic you just have to remeber it? or am i wrong?"

Rez was surprised by Sanaki's guess, it was pretty close really. "I suppose you could say that. Although it is easy for me to remember, I can only remember one at a time."

[Sanaki]

"So to put it simple terms you can remember any magic mastery that you choose but only one at a time, wait i just repeated what you said....." Sanaki trailed off a bit in embarrassed "but why only one at a time? and does anything happen after you remember?" he was curious about this now.

Rez smiled, "It is fine, don't worry. Perhaps I should just show you. You'll wake me right?" he asked as he pulled out a small handful of pinkish dust. "Sleeping powder," he explained. As he breathed it in, he hit the floor sound asleep.

[Sanaki]

Sanaki raised an eyebrow at the question and jumped a little as the man hit the floor, he intended to wake him but was nervous he took a few pokes which turned into shaking the man by the shoulders, he wasn't sure if the man was dead or not but he kept shaking the man; "This will look so weird if he is dead" Sanaki said aloud.

Rez awoke to the shaking and it helped with the tiredness that always needed to be shaken off. He got up and walked a few paces away from Sanaki. "Right now, in this awakening, I may be have the most skill in electricity magic that you've ever seen." he chuckled. He hated to seem like he was a bragger, but how else was he to explain.

[Sanaki]

"Oh i see so each 'awakening' gives you a different mastery, but do you choose while 'awakening' on which magic you have mastered?" Sanaki was more curious then before he never met someone like Rez, even on his travels "or better yet could you just show me" he added with a light chuckle.

Rez's face was covered by an enoumous smile and he nodded his head rapidly. Some of his awakenings came with their own personalities. "Yes that is exactly it! I can choose but I have to be asleep and wake up." he rambled off quite quickly.

He clapped at the idea of more demonstration. "What would you like me to demonstrat?! Perhaps we should go outside!"

[Sanaki]

"U-um yeah sure" Sanaki was a little overcome by the now energetic man before him, he was nervous about different personalities it would be like meeting a new person every time "and demonstrate whatever you want to i guess" he shrugged.

Rez hurriedly walked outside with Sanaki. He walked away a few steps and clapped his hands once. As he pulled them apart, a wave of electricity connected them. It looked like he was holding a lightning bolt. "What do you think!?"
