Lessons of Healing

[Sanaki]

Sanaki sighed, his class was being chaotic, he didn't mind and was use to it now but they just loved causing chaos throwing papers and, light magic bugging each to no end and bugging him to a headache; losing his patience he erupted a large fireball in his hands, the class stared in amazement "Really if your that interested in destructive magic switch classes" he sighed brushing his hair to the side.

[Scooter]

Many of the students didn't hesitate to leave the class after Sanaki had made his comment.

Being left behind on his own was Scooter. He coughed, awkwardly. "Gee, that sure cleared the room out fast, didn't it? I guess it's probably for the best that all those kids are gone though, since they weren't really listening to you at all."

[Sanaki]

Sanaki sighed again at the comment, "yeah however they'll be back later i'm sure, after all they say i'm the only fun teacher" he chuckled "but thats probably because i put up with them the most....but enough about them!" he said turning to face scooter directly.

"I take it you still want to learn healing magic?" he asked raising an eyebrow in question.

[Scooter]

Scooter nodded his head, happily. " I think it would be very beneficial to me. I'm dating someone with a big history of all these injuries and I think it would be good if I learned how to heal some of them, you know? I wouldn't want him to die or anything, that would make me very, very sad! I heard about a class in the public schools that taught healing magic and thought it sounded perfect!"

[Sanaki]

Sanaki was left a little speechless at the amount he talked "Um..okay anyway, your lucky to be in a relationship make sure you never forget why their important to you" he smiled

"I doubt i'll ever have that luck to find someone i connect with, but that is besides the point" he continued "Alright so learning magic is simple, but before we start; do you know any magic?" he asked.

[Scooter]

"Hm? I'm sure you'll find someone some time! Someone out there would love to be with you one day, be confident! And yes, I know a bit of magic." Scooter smiled. "Oh, but all I can really do is bring the rain and things like that. I know a little bit of water magic, though it doesn't really have anything to do with healing! It's very nice though, I love the rain!" he didn't seem to run out of breath at all. "Is healing magic very hard to learn? I think I'm a pretty good learner, so I hope I catch on quickly!"

[Sanaki]

Sanaki was shocked that someone could manage to talk for this long without passing out from lack of oxygen "T-thanks for your kind words, also being able to make it rain is useful in this case as combining it with healing magic can give the rain healing properties" he rubbed the back of his head thinking over combination magic.

[Scooter]

"For real?!" Scooter asked, amazed. "That's so cool! I never thought about that before! Is it really possible? Are you sure? It sounds pretty difficult but.. wow! I really want to learn how to do that!"

[Sanaki]

"Yes it is achieveable don't worry it shouldn't be too hard if you can create rain with ease" he smiled a bit "But you must start with the basics first, which isn't too hard it is quite simple really, first you must focus on them, then will the wound to heal, or close, or whatever you desire of it, healing magic is quite flexable to its user" he explained.

[Scooter]

Scooter nodded as he listened to Sanaki. "How am I supposed to practice healing magic though? It seems like something that can't be learned properly unless practicing often.."

[Sanaki]

"true practicing is key to using healing magic properly, however animals, people, everything gets injured daily and you can use that to help practice it" he further explained "also you can just practice it on air from time-to-time you just have to focus on it i guess" he tried hard to explain it the best he could since there was no properly way to put it.

[Scooter]

Scooter was a bit confused. " Alright, is it possible you could demonstrate how to do it? I still don't understand very well.. It's all a bit confusing and I think I'd understand better if I saw it."

[Sanaki]

"Sure it's easy once you have the hang of it" Sanaki replied holding his out and focus, a soft glow soon surrounded his hands giving off a bit of light but hardly noticeable "This is what i mean by practice without a subject to work on" he spoke softly "it is different for other people".

[Scooter]

Scooter gasped. "My Goodness! That looks so cool! I wanna do it!" he said, as he held his hands up as Sanaki had. Nothing happened. Scooter frowned. "I didn't do it! Oh no, I'm sad! How do you do it? Do you have to think of something specific? Is there a chant you have to say in your head or something?!"

[Sanaki]

Sanaki shook is head in disagreement "No you have to have the drive and desire to heal" he instructed, "Its that will to heal someone you care for that allows you to use it" he continued "Imagine your boyfriend was hurt you want his wounds to heal and for them to get better, its sorta like that" he added as he walked towards the classroom door that seemed to have a noise coming from behind it.

[Scooter]

Scooter nodded. He closed his eyes, trying again. He thought about it perfectly, it had happened before. Kyle sitting there in front of him, injured badly, and nobody else was there to help except Scooter. When it had happened then, Scooter couldn't do anything but bring the man back to his house but it would have been much better had he healed the wounds instantly.

A small glow happened around Scooters hands, it was immensely weak compared to the one Sanaki had performed, but it was a start. " I did it! It wasn't as cool as yours, but something still happened!"

[Sanaki]

"It doesn't matter if it's fancy or not" he laughed "All that matters is getting it right" he opened the door revealing his wolf Kumi who happily trotted through the the door and straight to scooter, obviously trying to see what kind of person he was "Um do mind her she is my pet wolf...wait how did you get out of the house!?" Sanaki exclaimed, "A-anyway the point is always keeps practicing your healing magic and get better at it" Sanaki continued, figuring that he would probably find out later.

[Scooter]

Scooter smiled at the wolf. "Aw, she's so cute!" he exclaimed. "Hello, friend! I'm Scooter!" he said to the wolf. "Oh that reminds me!" he turned back to Sanaki. "I never asked your name?'

[Sanaki]

"Oh yeah my name is Sanaki" he replied bowing slightly "and that friendly little wolf there is Kumi" who at the sound of her name came over to Sanaki seeking attention "and what is your name might i ask?" he asked while playing a light game of fetch with Kumi.

[Scooter]

"I'm Scooter!" He exclaimed, happily. "Sorry for not saying so sooner! I completely forgot about introducing myself!"
