Welcome to Avaleur, a medieval fantasy roleplay site where anything is a possibility. Face bandits, or knights. Work your way up to become part of Avaleur's castle, or try your luck at being a thief. Own a shop, be a guild master, start a family. The possibilities are endless.
"Right once again i suppose" he chuckled "Which one of us is suppose to be the teacher here again?" he laughed but was grateful for Scooter's advice none the less.
"Right, now to combine healing with your rain summoning abilities is tricky and takes a large amount of focus, you basically want to 'heal' the rain because as you do the water will absorb the healing magic however since it has no wounds it will hold it and as it collides with a person it will heal them" he lectured, as Kumi occupied herself with looking at Scooter.
Scooter smiled at Kumi. " I think that will be easy in some aspects.. As long as I learn how to do the healing part, anyways. The rain will do anything I want it to. I'm not so good at the healing part though, so it might actually be hard.. How do I summon that much healing magic? It seems like it will take a lot of energy?"
"It takes a lot of energy yes, but your will, focus and drive to perform something like that takes a huge part in it, kinda like....reaching into power i guess you could say; how i perform mine is that i treat it like a person and you have to show them that you want this to happen, it sounds weird and awkward i know but it helps me focus i suppose."
"Just remember its different for everyone, there is no right way to perform healing magic" Sanaki was glad that Scooter was asking him questions it was important to get a full understanding in what you were doing.
Scooter nodded. "I guess I'll have to try it for myself to fully figure it out, hm?" he laughed a bit. "I have another question. Do you think I'd still be able to perform that task if I were mortal? Combining healing magic with the rain, I mean.. Would a mortal have enough energy to do that?"

"Your immortal? that's news to me" Sanaki replied surprised "I was explaining in mortal terms from the start though it would be much easier for an immortal" he chuckled a bit at the thought "But let me guess your turning mortal? that's why your asking? if so do not try it right after switching ok? it has bad results" he continued on with his lesson as if nothing happened. "Your body will need to adjust first....jeez good thing i read those books" he said the last part under his breath; he finally finished his lecture and turned to Scooter, waiting for a response.
Scooter laughed awkwardly a bit. "Oh, that's good.. Yeah, right now I'm immortal but in a few days I plan to become mortal. I'll let my body adjust to it first, like you said. How long do you think it'll take before I can attempt it?" he asked. Nobody knew when the second round of war was coming, but everyone knew it would be soon. Scooter wanted to be sure it wouldn't take too long for his body to adjust.
Sanaki thought over it "I suppose that depends on how well your body can adapt if its good maybe a few days a week at most, but if not as long as 3 months but you'll feel it when you can, its a unique feeling really, you know when you can perform certain magic and when you can't like this." Sanaki created a small fire cyclone that fit in his hand "See? i know when i can do things like this and so will you." he said dispersing the fire.
"I have a pretty healthy body so it shouldn't take that long to heal!" Scooter smiled. " That fire trick is really cool! I can't do anything like that, but I think I understand what you're trying to say to me. If I'm too ill to do any magic than I'll know it. Thank you for teaching me so much!"
"Any time, your always welcome to come back and learn more whenever you want" Sanaki smiled brightly "and make sure you practice often alright? soon you'll be able to bring people back from the brink of death even" he added.
"Aw, thanks a bunch! I'll make sure to practice every single day! I'm excited to perfect it! Thanks again! I'll be sure to come back once I'm all better!" Scooter smiled, he slung his backpack over his shoulders, beginning to walk out of the classroom. He waved before fully leaving. "See you around!"
"Alright see you, i hope you recover soon!" he waved back as Kumi barked her goodbye, after Scooter left he turned to Kumi "So the day is done, shall we go home and see how you managed to escape the house?" he crossed his arms, Kumi wagged her tail in response "I'd thought you'd say something like that" as they headed home.
