Phillis stared at the girl a moment before hugging her. "Calm down, okay?" he laughed a bit, forgetting this was the first time he'd ever yelled at her. Of course she'd be scared. Phillis never wanted to become like his father so he tried to remain gentle with her. It wasn't a hard task since she was a good girl and did everything she was told to.
"I would never kick you out, Alice. You just made a mistake, and I'm a bit angry at you, but I would never kick you out."
Alice finally let her tears out and hung onto Phillis. "R-really? You promise?" She wiped her eyes with the back of her hand and looked at Phillis. "I'm really sorry, Papa. I-I'll make it up to you somehow..."

Phillis felt a bit relieved to hear the girl say this. He stood up again, brushing off his knees. "That's because you're such a good girl. That doesn't mean you'll go unpunished though.." his voice trailed off. "You'll have to do some chores around the castle. Just to make sure you won't do it again." he offered his hand to her.
Alice took his hand as they began walking. "Alright, Papa," she said. She was actually sort of happy about her punishment; she didn't really mind cleaning.

Phillis walked along with the girl. He really was still surprised. Seeing Alice in the bar was the last thing in the world he'd expect. He looked around, it was extremely dark out, it was late in the night.
"Aren't you tired?" he asked the girl, looking back at her. "You've been out for awhile, I assume. Should of been in bed hours ago."
Alice had been so worried the whole time that she hadn't even thought about sleep. But now that Phillis mentioned it, she realized how tired she was and let out a huge yawn. "Yeah, I am pretty tired," she said with a giggle.
Adriana peered out from behind the door that led to her families room. She watched when she heard the king would be here and although she wanted to ce out and see him, Rheo and Tabatha had told her to stay in the house while they did some kind of errands. "Psst, hey you," she whispered to Grayson, "Come over here."
Adriana almost panicked when she saw the boy start to get irritated with her but she quickly did what she saw most of the ladies here in the pub do to calm them down and make them happy again. She smiled sweetly, "I was just interested in you. Can't a girl like me be interested in a boy like you?" then she wasn't sure what the wink meant but she had seen them do it do she winked as well.
Adriana smiled, "Ok, you will know where to find me if you change your mind." She didn't believe it but it actually worked! He had calmed down a lot more and the expression on his face showed maybe a bit of red in it when he spat out the drink. Maybe she was imagining it.
Adriana couldn't believe that by watching the girls that come into the pub she could also learn to control people like that. She slowly walked back into her room leaving the door cracked a bit and before she went all the way in, "You can come in I'd you'd like." she wasn't worried about him taking anything. There wasn't anything worth anything in the rooms.
