Welcome to Avaleur, a medieval fantasy roleplay site where anything is a possibility. Face bandits, or knights. Work your way up to become part of Avaleur's castle, or try your luck at being a thief. Own a shop, be a guild master, start a family. The possibilities are endless.
He knows me? Namesiwa thought hard about the past and although he could not recal at the moment, the man was very familiar. His face, and character were both teasing his memories. 'I know I know him.... Hmmmmm' the old man thought.
All this thinking was going in while his face remained like nothing but his listening to the elves' conversation was going through his mind.
Roe chuckled. "You're one of the few lucky ones who got away soon enough. You weren't quite as snobbish as most of your people, I'm guessing. Otherwise you'd be back there or dead." He said bluntly.

"Oh, definitely!" the elven woman smirked, taking no offence in the slightest. "I'm also lucky enough to have chosen to live in Avaleur. I must say, it is quite the place to live in."
"There are some... interesting characters here..." Roe said, thinking about all the different species he had seen in the city. "Tell me, do the High Elves still remain in contact with the Wood and Night Elves?" He asked, curious.

"Oh yes, my country keeps in contact with as many as they can, or wish to. If we needed any backup help from anyone, if no high elves were available my father would call to any other elven race that he could. He still thought low of them, but nowhere near as low as any other race than elves," Namari thought. Her father was an extremely hateful man, he hated any race not elven. Especially human.
"Once my sister comes into power, I believe that the high elves of Bataille will turn for the better, though. I don't think she hates anyone," the elven woman chuckled.

"Oh I am terribly sorry sir, please say what you want to say!" Namari felt rude as she spoke with Roe, the conversation the ghost and Roe had seemed to be important.
"Rumors are just lies. Only the truth can be relied upon." Roe said. He was trying to see if the old man had retained some of his wisdom from when he had known him.
"I see that you still have an absolute perspective," he cleared it up just invade he hadn't heard that phrase before, "It's either white or black."
"What is truth though? Is it solid enough to rely soully upon it? Rumors will be rumors but they always have a sliver of truth that was hidden from previous 'truths'." he looked over to Namari and smiled sweetly, "Would you agree? You do know what I speak of I assume." namesiwa recognized her by her description from when he was still alive... Namari was her name, the hand to the king.

"Yes, I suppose. I also believe rumors can become true, or could be true from the very start. But all rumors have to have some sort of truth to them," Namari nodded at the ghost with a smile.

"If you don't know that it is false, and you don't know that it is true, then you can assume that it is both, not just one. Either that, or assume it is neither. That's how I go about things," she shrugged.

"But when you don't know if it is either true or false you can't really assume it is either, at least properly assume," Namari thought as she talked, making sure to word everything correctly.
