Welcome to Avaleur, a medieval fantasy roleplay site where anything is a possibility. Face bandits, or knights. Work your way up to become part of Avaleur's castle, or try your luck at being a thief. Own a shop, be a guild master, start a family. The possibilities are endless.
Hash yawned. "Good night!" He said. Then he fell backwards into a deep slumber.
"I don't know how he does that..." Roe muttered. Then he turned to Namari. "And yes, I agree fully with you. I have no quarrel with any race as long as they don't try to kill me. I'll be sure to spread that message should I come to rule."

Namari chuckled at Hash before turning to Roe, "Even then, if everyone of that race but one tries to kill me, I'll not hate the race. I'll hate those that attempted to kill me, not the one who wished me no harm. I think that is why Avaleur hates the werewolves so much. Not all of them are bad, but because many of them made bad choices, or were ordered to do so, all of them must suffer."
The Queen shrugged, with a slight pout. She hated how the werewolves were treated. They never harmed her personally. Sure, some attacked the city. But she knew in her heart most of them wouldn't hurt her. Some of her best friends were in the pack.
"I'm sorry, I don't mean to blabber on, it just frustrates me," she chuckled, shaking her head while she ran a hand through her hair.
"It is fine Namari. Not all werewolves are bad, and I know that from experience." With that, he lifted his shirt and showed her his back. Three long claw marks ran down the length of his back, like he had gotten sidestruck by something powerful. "I once fought a first generation werewolf, one of the first. He was old, near death, but he was still far stronger than anything I've ever fought. I fought him to defend a group of children he was going to eat, but another group of werewolves saved me. They were second generation, and the only reason I wasn't killed is because they wished to test their metal on the first generation. Years later I ran into a descendant of these werewolves around this area as he was coming to power. I don't think he'd remember me, but Balius was his name. He looked to be a good leader, as did his pup Steele." With this, Roe smiled. He had kept this hidden from the queen in all the recent turmoil, but they were to be free and Balius was dead now. What did it matter?
"That Steele was vicious, but I knew in my heart he'd turn into a better werewolf than Balius could ever hope to be. Looks like I was right, as he chose an excellent lover." Roe finished. He had managed to stay hidden from every werewolf except Balius at that time, and was let go because he managed to survive in battle against him. That was in his Blood Release, but in his normal form he smelled different and had a slightly different appearance.

Namari blushed, turning her head with a soft smile. "He's a wonderful person, truly he is. One of the first knights, and he tried for Avaleur. And...when he did wrong to the city...it was either because Balius ordered the pack to. Or for me," she thought about this for a moment.
Steele wished to become king of Avaleur. To rule her. And for Namari to become it's queen. He said they would rule right, that they would be powerful and no one would suffer. Even though Steele was partially bad, Namari knew in her heart he loved her. And she loved him back.
"I'll be letting them out in a few days. Paper work is hell to go through, luckily I'm almost done. Once I'm done, they're free to go. No more of this bullshit. Balius is dead, and the pack is no longer a threat as a whole. Maybe one or two of them who wish harm upon Avaleur, but that is all," most of all she was excited to be in Steele's arms once more. Namari would be the happiest elf in the world.
Roe chuckled. "Everyone has their misgivings and their good parts. After all, I'm a decent person but on first glance you'd never know I've killed more people than exists in the capitol of Tetra." He said. He hoped she was correct about Steele, as he had heard about his betrayal of Avaleur when Goria was warring with them.

"Well, let us hope that Avaleur can accept them as they once did," she gave off a slight sigh.
"I should be heading back to the castle, the guards are probably worried. Just send my healers back to town once they have finished all that they can do," the Queen smiled. "And if you ever need anything, just ask. I would be happy to help."
Roe smiled and took the queens hand. Then he brought it up as he was bowing and kissed it, as was proper between royalty.
"Well Namari, have fun with everything. I wish you luck with the Werewolves, and I will send them back soon. Thank you for everything Namari, I will see you soon hopefully." With that, Roe smiled and then turned to go where he was needed.
