((This is set a few days before the wolf attack and was confined purely to those who were in the castle not to be spoken of again until further notice.))
Roe was in his blood release form, a broken off arrow stuck in his right shoulder. It impeded his movement for that arm a bit, but other than that it didn't do anything bad. He had numerous cuts, scrapes and bruises. His left ankle was sprained, but he needed speed for this so he ignored the pain like he had trained himself to do so long ago. The castle loomed above him, guards patroling every single area of it. Roe clenched his teeth and sprinted directly for the main gate. A few yards before getting to the gate he jumped over it and landed with a roll to prevent the shock of the landing. Immediately he stood and used his forward momentum to carry on with his sprint. A guard started to say something, reaching for his sword. Roe threw an elbow and crushed his breastplate but inflicted a minor wound, non-lethal. Three more guards appeared in front of the main doors to the castle.
Roe jumped and kicked the one on the right in the back of the head with a spinning kick. Using his momentum, he planted his hand on the center guard and spun around to land a heel drop on the shoulder of the third guard. He landed and did a quick leg sweep to trip the other guard and knocked him out with a short jab to the chin. Roe ran to the doors and pushed them open by himself and found himself face to face with more guards. Roe ran straight through them, taking out only a few and ignoring the rest.
"NAMARI!!!!!" He screamed as he sprinted. Roe found a staircase and turned onto it taking the stairs three at a time. A guard stood at the top with a spear. Roe grabbed the end mid thrust, cutting his hand open, and yanked. The guard started falling and Roe lept over him. The guard caused a roadblock for the rest of them and halted them at the stairs. Huffing, Roe took a right. He continued like this, screaming Namari's name as he went. He ignored the guards until he found the throne room with the elite guard out front of the door. Roe dashed straight into the throng, sweeping the legs of a few. A sword cut into his bicep on his right arm, but he ignored it and punched a few of the guards at the weak spot in their joints at the knees. They buckled, and Roe burst through the door into the throne room. "Namari! Call off these dogs!" He screamed through his wild state of mind.
The last few days had been nothing but a bloody war between the two sides of his people. Thousands dead in three days, and that's when Roe took it into his hands. He had led his people that were loyal to him through leagues of land to get to Avaleur, across most of Guerre to be honest, in less that one day. His people all had gone into their blood release and had ran non-stop. Now their mages were hiding them in the forest from sight of the citizens of the castle, but Roe was frenzied and had barely managed to form a coherent thought the last few days. And now, it was time for diplomacy. Roe did a front flip and kicked a guard in the jaw before landing and strolling further into the room. That's when his ankle buckled, and immediately three guards took his arms and wrenched them to the side. The third guard drew a sword and pressed it against his throat.
"Can I please kill him, m'lady?" He asked. All this hadn't even given the new queen time to react, let alone talk. Hopefully she would recognize at least his face and not order his execution. He would really hate to have to kill a few guards to escape.
