"Have I really forgotten my way through Avaleur from the timeI was dead?!" Dante muttered to himself as he trecked through the marsh, his feet untouched by water. His shoes glowed blue from the magic he was using to keep himself elivated above the water, and he wore a wool hat to cover his horns like usual. He had his brown jacket on, still covered by patches on his arm, and his usual smiling face was a bit more irritated.
"I mean really, I know the area. How in Almora's name am I LOST?!" Dante gritted his teeth.
He looked around, trying to spot a direction it would be best to walk through. Sadly, he could find none. "God damn marsh!" Dante yelled, birds flying out of the trees, startled by the boys yelling. He sighed, "An early schollar to the university, and I can't even find my way out of a marsh I've been through tons of times before..."

Enoch sat on a large trees limb with his feet dangling. He saw Dante approaching and just as he walked by is when he happened to yell out of frustration and scare every living around. The sudden outburst made even Enoch flinch a bit, he chuckled and called down to him from above. "Are you lost?" he had overheard him already admit to that but he thought he might get more information and details from him like this.
He slid off the limb and landed on his feet bracing it by bending his knees. He extended his hand, "Enoch, I know you. Everyone knows you." he chuckled.

Dante raised an eyebrow but smiled, shaking the mans hand. "I assume most know about you, as well. Though I personally don't know why most would know me!" Dante laughed. He had heard of Enoch, vaguely. Clearly the man was not causing trouble anymore.
Dante laughed an a pain arose in Enoch's chest. It was similar to that of Stacy's, he hadn't thought of her for some time now... It was still painful. He stammered while answering that question, "I uh.. Well.. Investigating, ya I guess you could call it that. You see I'm tracking a very difficult to track pack of weres."
"They took a friend... I need to find him, its kinda my fault he was taken." he sighed not looking away, ashamed but at least had enough dignity to look him in the eyes.

"Ahh, I see...I'm sure it is not your fault. Everything happens for a reason." Dante patted the mans shoulder, still smiling. "Besides, I'm sure you'll get your friend back anyways!"

Dante blinked, frowning slightly. "...what do you mean? I have nothing to be sad about. Besides, to do anything to your best you have to think positive!"
"You have tons of things to be sad about, are you completely oblivious?! Do you not see your city in shambles? Being torn apart by weres, manipulated by criminals, and falling subject to hatred towards one another? It seems it is all being hidden, masked by the celebrations of a new king and the coming of rain," he throws his hands up as if to say how ridiculous it was.
He shook his head, "I'm sorry... I'm not sure why I threw that at you..." this time he did look away, most of it was his fault. Everything, his fault.

"It's quite alright. Clearly you are not in the greatest mood right now, my friend!" Dante chuckled. "There will always be crimes. Always be hate. The city will always seem to be falling apart. But when the citizens come together and celebrate together, or grief together, and try to help eachother, that is something to be happy for. Avaleur will not fall if the people can help it."
"This is why I am not sad. Because I know that if something happens, no matter who is victim, they will always have someone to help them. Always. No matter who they are." Dante shrugged. "In my opinion, at least!"
Dante was right, he thought to himself. Avaleur did support each other, they had someone to catch them. But who did he have? No one. He was a disease, a deathly illness. Whoever got close to him perished. Stacy, Kyle, his parents. Who would be next?
"Your wisdom exceeds your years Dante...." Enoch stated finally after some time of silence. "So what where you doing here anyways?"
