"Water sprites here, a land hydra in the forest, just small things like that. Havent ever ran into a magical, big dangerous creature though!" Dante grinned widely, clapping his hands together. "What kind have you seen my friend?"
Enoch stopped as he figured he may have just found something, he was no expert but it looked to him like some sort of print made in the ground by...well he had no idea. "Uh, what do you make of this? Is it anything?" he asked unsure if he really had found anything or if he was just over eager.
Enoch shrugged, "I suppose you are right. If I just treated it like I was tracking a human I could probably do it." he chuckled following Dante. "I mean werewolves and humanoid creatures I can do, but I don't want to assume they are the same."
"Similar." Dante smiled. "A little bit different, I mean beasts are more messy and mismatched, sometimes easier to lose. But they are practically the same."
They continued to follow the tracks, going deeper and deeper into the marsh. Dante suddenly stopped, frowning. "Well then, this isnt good. The tracks suddenly stop." he looked to Enoch and shrugged, one eyebrow raised. "I have no clue where it could be."
Enoch suddenly changed, he became focused and ready to defend. "It means it knows we have been following. It's either taken to the trees, or is hiding somewhere near to pounce." he told Dante.
"I figured as much," Dante smiled, looking around. Looking up, he saw no signs of life. He looked around at the trees and such, noting that many of the trees were quite large. "It's probably hidden behind one of the trees, then!" he laughed, looking to Enoch. "This isnt a very safe position to be in, am I right my friend?"
