"I don't think it would be that bad, my friend." Dante smiled, patting the mans shoulder. "Events in your life do not make up being who you are, they are just events. No harm has come to me since I have met you, right?"

"Directly no, I suppose you are right..." he chuckled Dante had him on that one, "But in truth it is only a matter of time, Phillis will soon give me up. He knows who I am, and with the death of multiple people with my name on them... What is he suppose to think?"

"The king is much more forgiving than most would think..." Dante smiled. "Worry not, I would defend you if that were the case."

Enoch felt as though a huge burden had been lifted off his shoulders. "Thank you Dante, that means more to me than you know...." he smiled, but the boy couldn't see it since he was looking straight forward, finally truly enjoying the ride.

"It is no troubles at all! Someones gotta keep you out of trouble now, ehh?" Dante laughed, patting him on the back.

Enoch laughed as well. He spoke to Kagero. "So how long have you been here?" he asked.

'I have lived in these marshes for a hundred and four years. I've whitnesses many changes in the land and it's people.' Kagero answered.

"Oh, so you were here during the great battle of Paineston and Avaleur fifty years ago!" Dante examined, grinning widely. "Whoa, what was it like?"

Kagero nodded his head slowly as they glided through the air. 'Yes, yes I was. It was surprising and twisted so to speak. Many of the things that happened were not as they seemed.' he explained to the two, 'many things still remain in the shadows.'

"Ohh? What do you mean they remain in the shadows?" Dante asked, placing a hand on his hat to keep it from flying off.

'Much of what is known about the attack on Avaleur is hidden by lies. The true meaning for it few know, even I have only theories and ideas of what the truth is.' Kagero answered.

Enoch readjusted, he felt awkward, like he should explain what he had found. "I may be able to shed a bit of light..."

"Ohh?" Dante raised an eyebrow, looking at Enoch. "How so, my friend?"

"My job was not one I am proud of. I was sort of one of the most powerful members in the Black Hydra. You see even though I was a high rank, I knew very little. What I do know and have found out is, the royals of Paineston have been under the advisory of the Hydra since before the attack fifty years ago. They twisted there minds because they were after the tear. Almora's tear. I don't believe they have found it because they are still here searching...." he sighed, "It's still a bit theory but a lot of it is fact. And of course that is not details of anything."

[Dante Ahti]

"Hmm...Almora's tear..." Dante thought, then grinned, "Never heard of it!"

Enoch chuckled, "It seems most Avaleurians haven't."

Kagero once again turned his head, 'you have never heard of the tear?' he asked in astonishment.

"No...I look into magic much more than history." Dante smiled. "What is it?"

'It is a pebble of a stone really. Said to have formed when Almora cried her single tear while dieing. As it touched the ground it solidified. Know it's a stone that offers Almora's protection. Little is truly known about it.' Kagero explained.

"Why would it be here then. The people of Avaleur are far from protected!" Dante smiled.

"That is maybe the biggest unknown. Perhaps they search here cause there is no where else to look. They have run into a dead end so to speak." Enoch answered.

Dante frowned, giving out a small sigh. "Jeez...do either of ou believe the tear is here?"

Enoch shook his head, "No, but I do believe that the key to finding it is still here. Why else would they still be here."
